Abstract

A reeled lap of fibre is prepared on a draw frame and is transferred directly to the comber. The reel laps are loaded in the comber side by side and/or one above the other. Simplifies the preparation of laps for processing on combers, and esp. to increase their fineness, whilst at the same time increasing the output of the drawing frame. The use of a ribbon lap machine combining a number of laps or slivers from cans is excluded. The reeled laps are prepared in a drawing frame; the gauge of the lap being up to 100 ktex. The transfer from the drawing frame and the loading into the comber is effected automatically by means not shown. In the comber they are positioned in an unrolling frame from which they are drawn to the work station. The process may also be used for cotton.

Description

The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to the combing industry.

D 01 g/76 в, 37/1955).A known method of making canvases for combing machines, in which the fiber material is fed into a tape machine, followed by addition and direction to the working bodies of the combing machine (German Federal Law No. 1262149, cl. D 01 g / 76 b, 37/1955).

The addition of the canvases before their feeding to the working body of the combing machine is carried out on a tape-connecting machine, while a product of limited thickness is manufactured on a tape machine. All of this complicates the process of making canvases and does not allow for an increase in the productivity of a tape machine.

The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the method and increase the productivity of a tape machine.

This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of making canvases for combs, in which the fibrous material is fed into a tape machine, followed by addition and direction to the working parts of the combing machine, the tape machine is made

холсты толщиной до 100 ктекс, la сложение холстов осуществл ют непосредственно по выходе их из ленточной машины перед подачей к рабочий орга- нам гребнечесальной машины, причем сложение холстов осуществл ют путем расположени  их друг возле друга и/или друг над другом. canvases with a thickness of up to 100 ktex, la, the addition of canvases is carried out directly on leaving them from the tape machine before being fed to the working combs, and the addition of canvases is carried out by placing them next to each other and / or above each other.

FIG. 1 given tape machine,

2 - combing machine, side view; in fig. 3 - the same, top view.

On a belt machine 1, canvases 2 are made. The thickness of the fleece 3 of canvas 2 is up to 100 ktex. The canvases 2 are changed automatically in a known manner. Then the canvases arrive at the combing machine 4, with this, in front of the combing machine, several canvases 2 are laid on the rolling device 5, and the canvases are stacked over each other and / or next to each other.

The advantage of the invention lies in the fact that there is no need to use a tape-connecting machine and on a tape machine there is a possibility of getting canvases up to 100 ktex. This allows

повысить производительность ленточной- машины и облегчить способ изготовлени  холстов.to increase the productivity of the belt machine and to facilitate the method of making canvases.
