Description

The invention relates to vehicles and can be used to transport various agricultural goods in dump truck bodies.

The purpose of the invention is to facilitate unloading while increasing the safety of cargo.

Figure 1 shows the vehicle, a general view; figure 2 - the same plan; on fig.Z - section aa in figure 1; on .4 - vehicle during unloading.

The vehicle contains a body 1 hinged on the chassis of the dump truck, with partitions 2 arranged in it, X-shaped in plan, vertical guides 3 fixed to the body, fitted with grooves 4 with rollers 5 placed in them, mounted on axis 6. On the axles also mounted (; the freely rotating blocks 7 and the rollers 8. In addition, the vehicle contains supports 9 fixed on the body 1 with longitudinal slots 10 for positioning the partitions 2 therein, mounted at the top of the uprights 9 blocks 11, across to Cables 2 that are thrown through blocks 7 and partitions 2 connected to each other with rollers 8 through blocks 7 and axis 6 are omitted.

Above the grooves 10, the stops 13 are installed with rods, the stops 13 with the springs 14 arranged on them.

Agricultural goods are placed in compartments 15 formed by partitions 2. Stops 16 are installed at the place of unloading when transferring forces to the rollers 8.

The vehicle is also equipped with a device for signaling the limit lifting of partitions, including a track E switch 17 located on one of the uprights 3, and a signal connected to the switch installed in the driver’s cab. After the goods are delivered to the destination, the vehicle rises and tilts towards the unloading side. In this case, the rollers 8, having reached the stops 16, transmit the force to the axis 6, which, moving downwards,

interlaces the rollers 5 on it along the grooves 4 of the uprights 3, as well as the blocks 7 located on the same axis. Blocks 7, moving, transfer force to the cables 12, which, through blocks 11, lift the partitions

2 along guide grooves 10. When lifting the partition wall 2, with their end part, they abut against stops 13, which are damped by springs 14. At the same time, the guide rollers 5 touch the switch 17 and, through it, give a signal to the driver to stop turning the body. After unloading, the vehicle returns to its original position. At the same time, the partitions 2 are lowered along the guides 10 and self-aligning in the body, and the axis 6 is in place with the rollers 5 and 8 and

blocks 7 rises.

VEHICLE FOR CARRIAGE OF AGRICULTURAL CARGOES, comprising a tipper body with vertical partitions pivotally mounted on the chassis, characterized in that, in order to facilitate unloading while increasing the safety of cargo, the body is made with vertical guides in which the rollers are placed and with racks with longitudinal grooves, and vertical partitions - X-shaped in plan and are installed in the grooves of the pillars of the body, in the upper part of which are mounted blocks through which the cables are passed, connecting the partitions and rollers installed with the possibility of interaction with control stops located in the places of unloading. 2.
