о. I Таблица Iabout. I The invention relates to the manufacture of glass products with an increased resistance to mechanical damage. The purpose of the invention is to increase the cost of the product to external mechanical effects. B-Table 1 presents the specific compositions and properties of protective coatings, in Table. 2 tons of polymer binder compositions (taken in wt.%). In Example 1, the fibrous filler is a polyamide fiber 10 mm long, in examples 3 and fiberglass 12 mm long, in Example 4 fiberglass 10 mm long, in Example 5 polyamide fiber 8 mm long, in Examples 6 and 7 - fiberglass stocking, in examples 8-10 - glass tape. In example 3, unlike the example, the application of the shell is accompanied by ultrasonic treatment. Examples 8-10 differ in winding angles of glass tape on a pipe, in example 8 glass tapes are laid on a pipe in 2 layers at an angle of 30 in example 9 at an angle of 25, in example 10 at an angle of 35 to each other Highly plasticized polyBinyl chloride prepared from polyvinyl chloride plastisol containing modifying additives in the form of liquid monomers or the reaction of incapable oligomers. During curing, plastisol simultaneously synthesizes the modifying polymer. 32.2 Reinforcing fibrous filler in. depending on its type, either introduced directly into plastisol or impregnated with plastisol. Impregnation with plastisol can be carried out directly on the product, or previously before the application of the shell. Example. The glass product is a glass hollow cylindrical billet and an outer polymer shell with a thickness of 1 mm, made of modified highly plasticized polyvinyl chloride. The polymer shell is applied to the glass preform by immersing the preheated 150 ° C precursor in a plastisol of a given composition. After removal from the plastisol, plastisol was cured on the surface of the pipe for 10 minutes. The shell formed in this way is bonded adhesionly to the glass shutter. From Tables 1 and 2 it follows that the proposed glass product, filled with a protective coating of highly elastic polyvinyl chloride, has sufficiently high strength characteristics and increased reliability against damage caused by external influences (dissipation of impact energy) due to an increase in the damping properties of the protective shell, and also decrease in loss of tightness at hydraulic tests.
