Abstract

Больного располагают в кресле в удобном положении, пальпаторно наход т точку позвоночной артерии на стороне головной боли, точка обычно бывает болезненной при пальпации . При двусторонней головной боли воздействуют на ту точку позвоночной артерии, котора оказываетс болезненной при пальпации, В случае болезненности точек с двух сторон оказывают воздействие на точки позвоночной артерии поочередно с каждой стороны. Точку обрабатывают спиртом и ввод т акупунктурную иглу, к игле подключают электроды и пропускают через них серии пр моугольных импульсов тока с соотношением длительности положительной и отрицательной фаз 1:4, амплитудой положительного импульса 50-80 В, отрицательного 12-20 В, длительностью серии 3-4 с, интервалом между сери ми 6-7 с, частотой импульсов серии, .измен ющейс каждые 2-4 мин с 50-60 до 2-ЗГц и наоборот.
