Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying electrostimulation with paired rectangular current pulses during 15-20 min in turn to distal and proximal loci on injured nerve segments and motor loci of innervated muscles. Frequency is increased in discrete way in each region from 1 to 15 Hz and vibromassage is applied 5-10 min later with discretely increasing frequencies of 9-11 Hz, 29-31 Hz and 74-76 Hz within one procedure in a course of 18-20 procedures daily. To enhance treatment effectiveness, medical exercise is carried out in the morning 4-6 h before the electrostimulation. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment course. 2 cl, 6 tbl

Claims (1)

1 с.п., 1 з.п. The invention relates to medicine and can be used to restore conduction in an injured nerve 6 or more months after an injury. The method involves exposure to rectangular paired current pulses by electric stimulation for 15 to 20 minutes sequentially on the distal and proximal points of the peripheral and central segments of injured nerves and motor points of the muscles innervated by them with a discrete increase in frequency in each region from 1 to 15 Hz with 5 - 10 minutes of vibration massage with a discrete increase in frequencies in one procedure 9 - 11 Hz, 29 - 31 Hz and 74 - 76 Hz for a course of 18 - 20 procedures daily. In order to increase the therapeutic effect in the morning hours, physical therapy is carried out 4-6 hours before electrical stimulation. 1 s.p., 1 s.p. f-ly.
