The invention relates to a device for ultrafine grinding and mechanical activation of various materials and could / can be applied in the chemical, mining, construction, and other industrial sectors. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the grinding process and the life of the mill. Figure 1 shows the proposed centrifugal mill, longitudinal section; FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. -: The centrifugal mill contains a movable body 1, a cover in the form of a disk 2 with a shaft 3 and an unloading gate of cuttings 4. Inside the case there is a rotor, which is a disk 5 with rings 6 and blades 7. The rotor disk has a central opening and is connected by means of a hollow axis 8 with a feeder (not shown). The disk 2 is mounted coaxially with the disk 5 and on its inner, end surface there are rings 9, which are arranged concentrically with a gap between the rings 6 of the disk 5. On the inner surface of rings 6 and 9 there are ribs 10 and on their outer surface, except for perimeter ring 9, longitudinal grooves 11 are formed, made in cross section with an inclination in the direction of rotation (Fig.2) and filled with balls 12. Windows 13 are made to load balls in disk 2, the diameter of balls 12 decreases, and the number increases in the direction of movement ma Methods and material. Centrifugal mill works as follows. The disks 2 and 5 are rotated. The source material from the feeder through the hollow axis 8 is fed into the inside of the mill, where it moves along the ring 6 to the end face and flows uniformly onto the rotating disk 2. Here the material is thrown from the disk 2 to the inner surface of the ring 9 and under the action of centrifugal forces it presses against it, being distributed in the working zone in a uniform layer. The balls 12, freely located in the grooves 11, under the action of centrifugal forces are pressed against the inner surface of the ring 9, where they are rolled and slide, periodically hitting the ribs 10.. Having received an impulse, the balls begin to migrate between the inner and outer surfaces of the e-rings 9 and 6 within the groove 11, making high-frequency impacts on the material at this time. The material being processed in the annular chamber 9 immediately enters the next working area where the working chamber is the inner surface of the ring 6. Here the grinding process is repeated by the only difference that in each subsequent chamber the balls have greater speed and their effect on the material is enhanced. Passing all the working areas, the crushed material is removed from the mill through the nozzle 4 by means of blades 7. The rotation of the lid disk ensures uniform flow and distribution of the material in the grinding zone due to the fact that the material is in constant contact with the rotating surfaces, which increases the life service of the working surfaces of the rings, since there is a layer of material between this surface and the grinding balls, increases the efficiency of grinding and activation due to uniform processing of the material. The productivity of the mill increases, as the throughput increases on the surface of the rings. The presence of additional ribs and grooves allows additional processing of the material on the inner annular surface of the rotor, i.e. the length of the working surfaces of the treatment zones increases without increasing the overall dimensions and metal consumption of the device, which increases the efficiency of the mill.
