Известны способы выделени  фурфурола из реакционной масгы, Получаемой при гидролизе хвойной древесины, разбавленной серной кислото под давлением. При осуществлении этих способов в стационарном периоде гидролиза хвойной древесины наблюдаетс  разложение фурфурола .Methods are known for isolating furfural from the reaction mixture obtained by hydrolysis of coniferous wood diluted with sulfuric acid under pressure. Дл  осуществлени  предлагаемого способа в существующую технологическую схему включают циклон, с целью отделени  уносимых с парами продувки опилок и брызг гидролизата, теплообменник дл  конденсации паров продувки и сборник конденсата. Продувка паром начинаетс  после предварительного прогрева гидролизуемой массы в течение 10-15 мин. при температуре 140-160° и давлении 4.5-5 атм. Врем  продувки 10-30 мин. при отборе паров продувки.
