1 Изобретение относитс к технологии креплени нефт ных и газовых скважин, в частности к тампонажным смес м, примен емым при тампонировании скважин. Целью изобретени вл етс умень шение .значений плотности и водоотдачи цементно-меловых тампонажных растворов и увеличение прочности получаемого камн . Дл приготовлени смеси используют карбонатно-полимерный шлам, вл ющийс отходом производства при тфрцессах очистки воды и регенерации каустической соды. Тампонажный раствор готов т затворением цемен8 та на заранее приготовленной карбонатно-полимерной суспензии. При приготовлении тампонажного раствора из названной смеси с соотношением в ней цемент: карбонатно-полимерный шлам 70:30, 60;40, 50:50 и воды, вз той в отношении к смеси соответственно 0,6; 0,7 и 0,8 получают раствор удовлетворительной плотности с низкой водоотдачей. В табл.1 и 2 представлены сравнительные данные свойств раствора и камн из предлагаемой и известной смесей на базе цементов дл холодных и гор чих скважин соответственно . 1 The invention relates to the technology of mounting oil and gas wells, in particular to cement mixtures, used in well packing. When preparing the cement slurry from the mixture with a ratio of cement: carbonate-polymer slurry 70:30, 60; 40, 50:50 and water taken in relation to the mixture, respectively, 0.6; 0.7 and 0.8 get a solution of satisfactory density with low yield. Tables 1 and 2 present comparative data of the properties of the solution and stone from the proposed and known mixtures based on cements for cold and hot wells, respectively.
