00 from 11 The invention relates to building materials and can be used in the manufacture of products of concrete, mortars, and guncrete. The chain of the invention is to increase the strength immediately after pressing and to eliminate shrinkage. The introduction of semi-aqueous calcium sulphate into the mixture ensures the formation of mechanical strength in raw materials necessary for the removal of products using an automaton, and at high temperatures shrinkage is completely eliminated and the growth of products is observed. At a content of 0.5% of the additive, sufficient mechanical strength is formed, which slightly increases with a further increase in the amount of the additive. At a 5% content of the additive, optimum properties of the products are ensured - maximum strength immediately after pressing and maximum growth of the products. An increase in the additive of more than 5% is undesirable, since a significant increase in the volume of products causes loosening and porosity of the structure. Introduction of an additive of less than 0.5% does not provide an increase in strength. The creation of high mechanical strength of products 3 immediately after pressing is due to the chemical reaction between the phosphate binder and aqueous calcium sulfate. The presence of a chemically bound water of 0.5–2 molecules per calcium sulfate molecule contributes to the optimal rate of this reaction, without destructive effects. The elimination of shrinkage effects at high temperatures (up to 1700 ° C) is due to new formations of calcium aluminates and calcium aluminum phosphates. The ratio of semi-water and two-water modifications of calcium sulphate also plays a certain role. With a ratio of 1 ma.h. semi-aquatic modification to 0.1 ma.h. the two-water one is intensively curing, and the change in this ratio to a ratio of 1 to 1 wt.h. slows down the speed of curing. Example. The electrocorundum is mixed with an aluminum-chromophosphate binder, then alumina and hemi-aqueous calcium sulphate are introduced. The mass is thoroughly mixed, molded, dried and calcined at 1300 C with a total of 12 hours. The compositions of the refractory mass and the physicomechanical characteristics of these compositions are listed in the table.
