Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к технологии производства бетонной смеси и направлено на повышение ее подвижносмость бетонной смеси. Способ приготовлени  бетонной смеси заключаетс  в перемешивании цемента, заполнител , воды затворени  и 0,5-0,6% от-массы цемента пластифицирующей добавки. Пластифицирующую добавку готов т путем смешивани  водного раствора сульфитно-дрожжевой бражки с каменноугольной золой и гашеной известью при их соотношении 1-3:1:1-3 в пересчете на сухое вещество в течение 15-40 мин с последующим удалением твердого осадка. 2 табл. Изобретение относитс  к строительным материала, а именно к технологии приготовлени  бетонной смеси с пластифицирующей добавкой на основе лиг- носульфонатов.The invention relates to a building material, in particular to the technology of preparing a concrete mix with a plasticizer based on ligosulfonates.

Цель изобретени  - повьшение подвижности бетонной смеси, а также ее удешевлени .The purpose of the invention is to increase the mobility of the concrete mix, as well as reduce its cost.

Бетонную смеет готов т следующим образом. Сульфитно-дрожжевую бражку (СДБ) в виде 10-20%-ного водного раствора смешивают с каменноугольной золой и гашеной известью в течение 15-40 мин в лопастном смесителе принудительного действи , затем отдел ют жидкую фазу от твердой фильтрованием , центрифугированием или другим способом с последующим удалением твердого осадка. Приготовленную таким образом пластифицирующую добавку ввод т в бетонную смесь следующего состава:- цемент : песок : щебень 1:1,8:3,5 при водоцементном отношении В/Ц 0,5, Компоненты бетонной смеси перемешивают до однородного состо ни .Concrete dares are prepared as follows.
