1 Изобретение относитс к заготовительному производству машиностроительных и металлургических заводов а именно к устройствам дл разделени заготовок на мерные длины. Цель изобретени - повышение эко номичности процесса разделени заго товок. На чертеже схематически изображено предлагаемое устройство дл ра делени заготовок, общий вид. Устройство дл разделени загото вок содержит рабочий инструмент, выполненньй в виде державки 1 призматической формы с буртом, обоймы 2 охвать1ваюн1ей державку 1, и роликов смонтированных в обойме 2 с возможностью взаимодействи с боковыми поверхност ми державки и ее буртом. Устройство работает следующим .образом, В предварительно нанесенный на заготовку 4 клиновидный надрез с малым углом .клина 3-5°. ввод т устройство предлагаемой конструкции до соприкосновени его роликов с наклонньми поверхност ми надреза через проставкй 5. Со стороны силового механизма к устройству прикладывают усилие разрушени .Вследствие фрикционного сцеплени между державкой 1 и роликами 3 последним сообщаетс вращение, из-за чего происходит обкатьшание роликов по поверхност м надреза. В результате действи на заготовку горизонтальной составл ющей силы происходит разрушение заготовки по ослабленному сечению. При этом в св зи с обкатыванием роликов по поверхност м надрезов достигаетс резкое снижение сил трени и вследствие этого значительное уменьшение необходимого усили разрушени . Использование изобретени позвол ет повысить экономичность разделени заготовок.1 The invention relates to blank production of machine-building and metallurgical plants, namely, devices for dividing blanks into measured lengths. The use of the invention improves the economics of separating the blanks.
