Description
«ч "H
Аналогичные результаты получены на р де доэвтектоидных сталей: 20, 20Х, 18X17,30, ЗОХМА.& 9 C9) The invention relates to heat treatment and can be used in the interoperational annealing of cold-formed steel billets. The goal of this is to reduce hardness by obtaining the structure of granular pearlite. The effect of speed: heating on the structure and properties of steel is due to the fact that by affecting the degree of spheroidization of carbides and austenization kinetics, the heating rate determines the carbon content in austenite formed near Ao | and, consequently, the temperature of its decomposition upon cooling. When heating is applied to temperatures above AO, with average rates not exceeding 1-2 C / min, the required softening of the ferrite is ensured, and the carbides are spheroidized and redistributed throughout the ferrite matrix, while the products of austenite decomposition formed upon cooling, and structurally free. ferrite does not adversely affect properties. As a result of this heat treatment, the structure and properties are most favorable from the point of view of the stampability of the blanks. When heating is accelerated, lamellar structures of the type of sorbitol and troostite of increased hardness appear in the structure, which worsens the formability of steel. Example 1. After annealing the cold-formed blanks of the bicycle hub brake made of steel 15X at 700-720 ° С (below Ac) for 3 hours, the hardness HB 138-140 was obtained in their cross section. Heating rate 1-2 ° C / min. PRI mme R 2. After annealing the blanks according to the proposed mode, the hardness decreases to HB 120. A uniform structure of granular pearlite is obtained in the section. Stability dies increased by 15%. Example 3. In the case of heating at a rate of 10 C / min to Ac (C, despite slow cooling at speeds of 30-40 C / h, the hardness HB 136-140 was obtained, and at a heating rate of 30-50 ° C / min HB 145. Heating at a speed of less than 1-2 C / min. An additional gain in properties does not. EXAMPLE 4. Annealing at temperatures above Ac + 20 ° C increases the hardness to HB 145, In this case, as in the case heating at elevated speeds, plate structures are observed. Similar results were obtained on a number of de-eutectoid steels: 20, 20X, 18X17.30, ZOHMA.
