Машина состоит из бункера 1 дл  формовочной земли; магазина дл  модельных плит 2, подмодельных плит 3, вставл емых в магазин; цилиндра 4, образующего камеру прессовани  с отверстием в верхней части дл  поступлени  формовочной смеси из бункера; поршн  5; цилиндра 6; съемного механизма 7 и тележки конвейера 8. Работает машина следующим образом: магазин с набором модельных плит 2 ставитс в рабочее положение, как показано на чертеже. После того как подмодельна  плита 3 зан ла рабочее положение, цилиндры 4 сдвигаютс  и упираютс  в подмодельную плиту 3. Затем поршни 5 перемешаютс  в заднее положение и открывают отверстие в цилиндре 4, через которое поступает формовочна  смесь. Дозировка формовочной смеси производитс  при помощи регулировани  рассто ни  между подмодельной плитой 3 и поршнем 5.
