The invention relates to the technique of washing parts and components of machines and can be used in repair shops and in mechanical engineering. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and reduce the metal intensity of the machine. FIG. 1 shows schematically a washing machine; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - sweep additional drums. The washing machine has a washing tub 1 with a mosshe, a liquid for it, a central 2 and an additional 3 drums with perforated walls, inside the drums the screws 4 are rigidly fixed, the reloading device, consisting of its perforated cylinder 5, with blades on the inner surface. The cylinder and the drum are rigidly connected to each other and may vary from the drive 6. The additional drums are formed by a housing 7, which covers the central drum 2, and radial partitions 8 and 9, fixed between the central drum 2 and the housing 7. The number of additional drums 3 is chosen odd, so that you can select groups of additional drums 3, and in each group there must be an odd number of additional drums chosen. In each such group, the outer walls 8 with respect to this group are made solid, and the inner 9 have openings for reloading parts, with the openings of the parts along the movement of the products of the additional drums placed at opposite ends. The first additional drum 3, in the course of the movement of the products, is connected with the hatch 10 to the central drum 2, and the last additional drum 3 from the group communicates with the perforated cylinder 5 of the reloading device. The augers 4 of the additional drums 3, which are connected by means of the hatches 10 to the central drum 2, are directional. the turns of turns opposite to the direction of turns of the screw 4 of the central drum 2, and the screws of the 4-adjacent additional drums 3 in the group have a mutually opposite direction of the turns. The machine is equipped with a bunker 11 for loading parts. The machine operates as follows. From the drive, the drums 2 and 3 and the cylinder 5 are driven in, through the loading hopper 11, the parts are loaded into the perforated drum 5 of the reloading device, from where they are evenly reloaded into the central drum 2. When the drum is drilled, the 2 parts will mix the screw 4. to the hatch 10 and through it are reloaded into the first additional drum 3 of the group. Then the augers of the additional drum are moved in the opposite direction. After reaching the end of the first additional drum in the group, the parts are reloaded into the second additional drum, then at the end of the second additional drum the parts are reloaded into the third and so on until the parts fall into the last additional drum of the group, which is connected to the reloading device. . Thus, by repeatedly passing the parts through the washing liquid, the parts are cleaned.
