1 Изобретение относитс к медицине , а именно к косметологии, в част ности к производству косметических средств, предназначенных дл профилактики и лечени гипертрофических и келоидных рубцов, образующихс после ожогов, дермабразии, рубцов после операций, и может быть приме нено в косметологии, пластической хирургии. Цель изобретени - повышение литического действи и коллагеназной активности, а также улучшение прони новени средства через кожный барье Средство получают следующим обра зом. В средство, содержащее гидрофобные растворители - оливковое и касторовое масло, дополнительно ввод новый препарат коллализин, полученный из культуральной среды бактерий Clostridium fristolyticum, активи зирующий коллагеназную активность уксусно-кнслый кальций, стабилиза-г тор- глицерин, эмульсионные вески, высокомолекул рные спирты, спирт, воду и отдушку дл создани эмульсии типа масло/вода. Эти компоненты улучшают проникновение крема и колл лизина через кожный барьер, наличи силикона, образующего тонкий гидрофобный слой, обеспечивает защитные свойства - предохран ет крем от окислени кислородом воздуха, высоких температур, метеорологических вли ний. Кроме того, силиконова основа создает своеобразный парниковый эффект , привод щий к раз;г м гчению и разрыхлению грубой ткани рубцов. Содержание всех указанных ингредиентов должно быть в следующих соотношени х, мае.%: 2,0-3,0 Оливковое масло 2,5-3,0 Касторовое масло 4,5-5,0 Глицерин Высокомолеку1 ,5-2,0 л рные спирты Эмульсионные 5,0-6,0 воски 4,5-5,0 .Силикон Этиловый спирт ,5-2;0 ректификованный Коллализи 0,75-1,0 100-500 КЕ в I мг Отдушка гераниево0 ,02-0,04 го масле 7 Раствор уксуснокислого кальци 0,3 М0,2-0,4 ВодаОстальное до 100,00 Введение в средство дополнитель- . ных ингредиентов позвол ет достигнуть положительный результат, заключающийс в коррекции биохимических нарушений в системе йоллаген-коллагеназа (увеличение коллагенолитической активности и сн1р:ение урон н коллагена), что определенным образом отражаетс на морфологической структуре коллагена и функционал|ьном состо нии рубцовой ткани, т.е. изменении тинкториальных свойств коллагеновых структур, уменьшении болезненных про влений (боль,зуд, жжение), уменьшении гиперемии - чувства ст гивани и -напр жени в рубце. Предлагаемое средство дл профилактики и лечени гипертрофических и келоищных рубцов не имеет побочных действий, представл ет собой системы масло - вода, имеет м гкую консистенцию, хорошо впариваетс кожей рубца. I Пример. В отдельной емкости раствор ют коллализин в минимальном количестве (10-20 мл), затем добавл ют 0,3 М раствор уксусно-кнспого кальци при температуре не выше 25-30 с. Эмульсионные воски расплавл ют (в соответствии с их количеством в рецептуре), затем добавл ют высокомолекул рные спирты, оливковое и касторовое масла. Расплавленную жировую основу процеживают через сито и постепенно добавл ют в нее небольшими порци ми водно-глицериновый раствор . Смесь переливают в размельчитель тканей, добавл ют силикон и гомогенизируют при 4000 об./мин 2-3 мин. Гор чую массу охлаждают до 40С, загружают спирт, затем продолжают охлаждать до , после чего небольшими порци ми при непрерывнон помешивании добавл ют раствор коллализина и перемешивают еще 23 мин при 4000 об./мин. Готовый крем парфюмлруют, т.е. добавл ют отдушку.
