1 The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used for forging plate type forgings. The purpose of this is to increase productivity and reduce the metal consumption by reducing the time for deformation, reducing metal loss by burning. The method is implemented by billet inging onto a cone and drawing a billet to a predetermined size by successive crimping, whereby the feed amount during a draw is uniformly reduced from the smaller end to the larger one, and the feed amount at the larger diameter is chosen from the condition diametj D - diameter of the larger end of the beat. Dj is the diameter of the smaller butt end of the summer; H is the final height of the forging. Billetting the ingot to a cone significantly shortens the billing time; - upon obtaining a good quality of working out the cast structure on: the surface layer of the ingot, and subsequent stretching of it with a uniformly variable feed rate makes it possible. to obtain a forging with a constant cross section in length due to the different broadening of individual sections of the workpiece. The feed rate fj at the end of the smaller diameter of the billet is chosen as the maximum possible outcome from the constraints on the press force and the width of the fights. The ratio between the value of 62 dachas at the larger and smaller ends of the billet was obtained experimentally by an analytical method by processing experimental data on a computer, ЁС-1022 and tested in experiments on lead blanks and experimental forging cjWTKa weighing 7 tons of steel 20 and ingot weighing 13 tons of steel ОХ18Н10Т. Example. A plate-type forging is made of steel grade 0X18H1 FROM 400–1050–2400 mhm size ingot weighing 10 tons. First, a conical billet with a cross-section diameter of the smaller end of billet 800 and larger than 860 mm is forged. Then, flat strikers, 900 mm wide, are pulled up to a plate height of 410 mm in four passes with the following compression, mm :. In the first pass 100 In the second pass 130 In the third 110 In the fourth. .110 In the passages, the feed is reduced from the smaller end of the billet to the larger one as follows: in the first pass from 690 to 380 mm, in the second pass from 625 to 335 mm, in the third pass from 625 to 335 mm, in the fourth pass from 660 to 370 mm . Then, perform the yut-end passage, the cutting of the bottom and profitable parts of the ingot and the ironing of the forging to a predetermined, plate height - 400 mm. Forging an ingot for a forging is carried out in one removal (18 min). Forging. A similar billet was made in two ways in a known manner, the forging time being 33 minutes. The invention, in comparison with the lime method, allows to significantly increase the productivity of the forging process and reduce the consumption of metal.
