Description

Однако достичь таким путем устойчивых результатов не удаетс  и на практике резервный способ не примен етс  даже дл  светлых оттенков .The preparation on fabrics dyed with vat dyes, white and color patterns in a backup manner is known and based on the use of alkaline bonding agents and oxidizing agents — zinc sulphate, aluminum sulphate, aluminum nitrate, manganese peroxide, humans, and etc. In order to improve the effect, it is recommended to introduce into the reserve composition various water-insoluble fillers that act purely mechanically. However, to achieve in this way stable results is not successful and in practice the backup method is not used even for light shades.

It has been found that for some bottoms dyes, mainly blue and blue, an available and cheap pectin glue is an effective reserving agent. Printing it on white fabric at various dilutions, it is possible to obtain a white pattern with the subsequent positive dyeing of this fabric with vat dyes.

If, however, to print white tissue vat inks prepared on pectin glue as a thickener, and then dyed as indicated, then a color pattern can be obtained.

Example 1. White reserve White fabric is printed with a solution of 800 g of pectin glue in 200 g of water, after which the fabric is dried, plus an alkaline solution of a leucobacillus cyan blue K (conc. 1-5 g / l), treated with a solution of bromide (5 g / l) and acetic acid (3 g / l), subjected to vigorous washing and dried.

Example 2. Color reserve.

Printing ink: 132 g of thiondigo bright pink G-paste for printing, 80 g of glycerin, 388 g of pectin glue, 200 g of potash 1: 1, 200 g of rongalite 1: 1, only 1000 g.

Posting: printing on white fabric, drying, restorative brew (5-7 min.), Adding an alkaline solution to the ley compounds of the bottom blue K and then, as in Example 1. No. 115454 Subject of the invention. The method of obtaining white and color patterns on fabrics dyed with vat dyes, mainly blue and blue, by printing reserves, characterized in that pectin glue is used as a reserving agent.
