Description

A patterned color on fabrics dyed with insoluble azo dyes is obtained in two ways: chamfering and reserve. When working in the first method, vat dyes with high strengths are used. The second, backup method, is simpler and more economical, as it requires a smaller number of technological operations. But this method did not receive widespread use either because of the limited number of dyes used when working on this method, or because of the complexity of using dyes of some classes (vat, cubozols).

A method is proposed for obtaining patterned colors on fabrics by printing reserves for dyeing with insoluble azo dyes, distinguished by the fact that previously no direct dyes are used in the reserves previously used for this purpose. The advantage of using the latter is that they are produced by the industry in a wide variety of colors, that there are many bright and light-resistant brands among them and that working with them is simple. To increase the strength of these colors (direct dyes), it is proposed to use DCU and, DTsM; the latter are either introduced directly into the reserve, or the fabric is treated with them in a known manner after the formation of an insoluble azo dye on it. In accordance with this, the process of obtaining colors is made up of the following, their operations;

1. Impregnation of the fabric with a solution of azeutating solution, drying, printing of a reserve composition with a direct dye and a fixer of DCM or DCC, drying, propigating with a diazo-composition solution, washing and drying for the first variant.

2. Impregnation of the fabric with a solution of azo-component, drying, printing of a reserve composition with a direct dye, drying, impregnation with a diazo-component solution, washing, drying, processing with a fixer - for the second option.

When working in the first embodiment, you can also further treat the fabric with diluted
