Description
О 1About 1
This invention relates to the dyeing of the finishing industry, in particular, to the method of dyeing fabrics from cellulosic fibers or from a mixture of the latter with polyester fiber cubozols. The closest to the invention is the method of dyeing cellulose-containing materials by impregnating the latter with a composition based on an aqueous solution of cubozol and sodium nitrite, at 50 BO ° C, followed by the development of color in a solution of 98% sulfuric acid with a concentration of 25-100 g / l at 30-85 ° C and washing l. However, the known method does not provide the dyed fabrics with an improvement in their consumer properties, such as an increase in mechanical strength and an improvement in the elastic-elastic properties, resistance to physicochemical effects, in particular to the action of light. On the contrary, the treatment of tissues with sulfuric acid solutions in a number of cases reduces the physical and mechanical properties of the dyed fabric. In addition, solutions of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 25-100 g / l, used in the process, are very corrosive to the process equipment. Moreover, the nitrite method of dyeing with cubozoic dyes is characterized by an abundance (Nah release in the process of dyeing of nitrogen oxides, formed by the chemical interaction of sodium nitrate, which is in the dye solution, with a sulfuric acid bath. The last fact is contrary to what is being done now the principle of the all-round ecologization of technological processes in all industries of the industry. There is also a method according to which peroxide dye is used as the initiator of oxidation of dye. the adat of the cation selected from the ammonium, potassium, sodium group in an amount of 0.1–0.3 wt.% by weight of the dyebath, and the development is carried out with 1.24% sulfuric acid at 85 ° С 2. However, this method is technologically complex due to the need to carry out the process when heated. In addition, it reduces, but does not exclude corrosion of equipment with sulfuric acid. Physical and mechanical properties of materials are not high enough. There is also a method according to which to improve the physico-mechanical properties of cellulose fabrics and Ruggedness colors nekotorgmi brands kubozolevyh karsiteley, tissue subjected For additional processing of concentrated sodium hydroxide solution suite mercerizing - special equipment s. The disadvantages of mercerization with caustic soda solutions are the high consumption of this product and the strong alkalinization of industrial effluents. Even enterprises that have special evaporator stations that allow them to be reused in technological processes by evaporation of waste liquors are forced to neutralize their excess alkalinity before supplying industrial effluents to the treatment plant. In addition, the process of mercerization with caustic soda is characterized by increased consumption of energy resources, and for its implementation requires special equipment, purchased, usually for import and having large overall dimensions. Also mercerization with caustic soda cannot be applied to fabrics containing polyester fibers, although this type of fiber begins to be used very widely in a mixture with cellulose fibers. A method of mercerization is also known, consisting in treating a tissue with a solution of nitric acid with a density of 1.42 g / cm, corresponding to a concentration of 71% 4. The disadvantage of this method is that 70% nitric acid strongly smokes with the release of nitrogen dioxide. As a result, pollution of the atmosphere and corrosion of elements of the process equipment that are in contact with nitrogen oxides occurs. Like alkaline mercerization, it is an independent technological operation, and for its implementation, the creation of special equipment is required. The aim of the invention is to improve the lightfastness of color, mechanical strength and elastic properties of materials. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of dyeing cellulose-containing materials by impregnating them with a composition based on an aqueous solution of cubozol, subsequent manifestation of coloring and a solution of mineral acid and washing, impregnation is carried out with an aqueous solution of cubozol, and coloring with 50-60% nitric acid at ambient temperature for 10-15 s.
