Description
The invention relates to compositions for printing cotton textile material and can be used in textile and knitting industries. An industry for obtaining a color image on finished products colored in dark colors. So far, a similar problem has been solved with the help of a pick or backup print. The fabric is dyed dark, a thickened dye solution is applied with additives that destroy the background color. This is followed by fixing the color in stirrels, washing and drying J. However, this method is applicable to textile fabrics, for coloring finished knitwear or cut semi-finished products it is unacceptable due to the presence of wet operations and era-. laziness. Nowadays, pigment printing is widely used, which allows to expand the color design of finished products. The printing ink of the following composition is known: polyvinyl alcohol 10% and paste of titanium dioxide with glycerin, taken in a ratio of 1: 1 to 50% amm better than previous heat in okr. 330 g; MF-17 resin and dibutylphtapo 55 g; polyvinyl acetate-on-emulsion 220 g; Rodanist onium 10 g 2j. However, this composition is possible to drink only matte linen on the faucet material. When a custom pigment is added to this composition, the image still remains white, no intensive color image is obtained. Closest to the proposed composition is f2j for printing on dried material containing / kg of printing ink: Polyvinyl acetate emulsion 80-120 Urea-formaldehyde resin 1.0-5 0 15 Carbamol CEM Nitrate 1.1-1.4 ammonium 25% solution 1.5-2.00 ammonia Titanium dioxide 3.0-4.0 and pigment Water to working viscosity
Состав предназначен дл печатани на пленке, а на хлопчатобумажном трикотажном полотне образуетс жестка пленка, не имеюща адгезии к волокнистому материалу и при трении она крошитс .However, this composition cannot achieve a soft, resilient, durable pattern on a fibrous material. The composition is intended to be printed on a film, and on a cotton knitted fabric a hard film is formed which does not adhere to the fibrous material and is crushed when rubbed.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of the printed image to the physicochemical effects.
Цель достигаетс тем, что состав, на основе двуокиси титана, пигментного красител ; поливинилацетатной эмульсии, дибутилфталата, мочевиноформальдегидной смолы и соли аммони ввод т сополимер метакриловой кислоты , и бутилакрилата с редкой сшивкой диметилакриловым эфиром этиленгликолн при следующем соотношении компонентов , мас.%: ,The goal is achieved in that the composition, based on titanium dioxide, is a pigment dye; Polyvinyl acetate emulsion, dibutyl phthalate, urea-formaldehyde resin and ammonium salt are introduced with a copolymer of methacrylic acid, and butyl acrylate with rare crosslinking of ethylene glycol dimethylacrylate in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
