Description
1P The invention relates to the electrochemical machining of metals, in particular, to the gluing of aluminum alloys, mainly dgoralgomin, and can be used for decorative surface finishing. A known solution for the electrochemical polishing of aluminum and its alloys, containing phosphoric and sulfuric acids and chromic anhydride f1. However, this electrolyte is toxic and works at high temperatures. Closest to the invention is a solution for the electrochemical polishing of aluminum alloys, which contains phosphoric acid, ferric sulfate, and sulfamic acid. The polishing process is carried out at an anodic current density of 10-18 A / dm and 60-SO C 2 However, when polishing duralumin in a known solution, the reflectivity does not exceed 61-65%. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reflectivity. This goal is achieved by the fact that the solution for electrochemical polishing of aluminum alloys, mainly duralumin, containing phosphoric acid, metal sulfate, organic additive and water, contains potassium or sodium sulfate as the metal sulfate, and as the organic additive - alkyl aryl ketone with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Phosphoric acid (beats.v., 7 g / cm | 65-75 Potassium or sodium sulfate 1-3 Phenyl methyl ketone. Polishing is recommended at an anodic current density of 30-50 A / dm and 40-60 C for 1-5 minutes Alkyl aryl ketones belong to the class of non-ionic surface active substances and Jt is an oily liquid or solid substance having a common the structural formula .S.O / -Sr X - H, P, C1, Br, N0. ,, NH, CH CHR where R is CH,, CjHj p-Bromoacetophenone is an ethereal crystalline substance with the structure formula p-Methoxy-apophenone .. solid with the structural formula Fenshitketroket S. - colorless crystalline substance with structural formula / ch. Introduction of a simultaneous organic (alkylaryl ketone) and inorganic {K, jSO or) additives into a solution based on concentrated phosphoric acid provides the best conditions for aaectrochemical process and helps to maintain the polished metal in a trans-passive state. The combined presence of additives leads to an increase in the polarizability of the anode and an additional decrease in the surface tension from 75 dyne / cm to 50 dyne / cm. This is due to the specific co-adsorption of surfactant molecules and K or Ma ions on the active sites of the anodic oxide film, which contributes to the passivation of the metal surface. The presence of sulfate ions in the solution prevents the complete passivation of the anode, since SO ions embedded in the lattice of the passivating oxide increase the dissolution rate of the metal. The limits of the concentration of electrolyte components and the optimal electrolysis mode were obtained by the method of computerized experiment using a computer. The lower limits of the concentration of alkali metal sulfate in solution (1 wt.%) And alkyl aryl ketone (p, 3 wt.%) Provide a stable gloss of polished products. An increase in the concentration of metal sulphate over 3% by weight of non-processors is bazno, since no further improvement in the quality of the polished surface occurs. Increasing the concentration of alkylaryl ketone over 0.6 wt.% Does not lead to an increase in the degree of gloss of the polished surface, but can cause foaming, and a decrease in concentration below 0.3 wt.% Leads to a decrease in the polishing effect.
