The invention relates to the field of obtaining mineral adsorbents, in particular synthetic aluminosilicate adsorbents, and can be used in the refining, petrochemical and chemical industries in the process of continuous adsorption purification of petroleum products from aromatic, sulfurous, nitrogenous, resinous and other impurities, as well as for separation complex organic mixtures in the moving bed of the adsorbent. A known method of producing alumina liquate by adding to the aqueous solution of alkali metal silicate a first source of alumina (the amount of which should be sufficient to react with 30-VO% by weight of alkali metal silicate, aging (synergizing) of the resulting alhomosilicate gel. 2-180 minutes and the addition of a secondary source of alumina — sodium aluminate or aluminum sulphate — and the alumina obtained from two sources accounts for 8-50% by weight of the aluminosilicate. However, the synthesized aluminosilicate is not suitable for the adsorption purification of petroleum products due to the fine structure obtained. The method closest to the invention and technical result and the achieved result is a method of producing an aluminosilicate adsorbent that includes a mixture of sodium silicate solution with sulfuric acid spherical hydrogel molding in small, syneresis at 28–38 ° C; activation with aluminum sulphate solution with pH 3.0–4.5; washing, drying, and calcining in a vapor-air medium. The known method for the synthesis of an adsorbent makes it possible to obtain an aluminosilicate with a large specific pore volume, thereby ensuring its thermostable properties in macrocycle work in processes of continuous adsorption purification 2j. The disadvantage of the known method of obtaining a highly stable and highly active adsorbent is the instability of its production technology with given structural and gravimetric parameters. Stage syneresis or heat treatment, on which the gravimetric and structural characteristics of the adsorbent are laid, proceeds according to this technology rather quickly, and therefore it is not always possible to stabilize and adjust the quality parameters of the final product. As a result, batches of the resulting adsorbent can vary considerably in quality. The purpose of the invention is to stabilize the structural and gravimetric parameters and stabilize the quality of the product during multi-cycle operation. The goal is achieved in that according to the method, which includes mixing sodium silicate solution with sulfuric acid, forming a spherical hydrogel in oil, syneresis, activated with aluminum sulfate solution, washing, drying and calcining, use a solution of sulfuric acid of 53-130 g / l containing 2.5-8.5 g / l of alumina, and the syneresis of the hydrogel is carried out at 42-55 ° C for 12-24 h and pH 8.0-9.5. The use of a solution of sulfuric acid with the addition of aluminum sulphate during molding the hydrogel allows to obtain a matrix having in its skeleton 1-4 wt.%. This content of alumina makes it possible to obtain a wide-porous structure in the process of syneresis under the following conditions: Temperature 42-., 55 ° C, time 12-24 hours AND the pH is 8-9.5, and also provides reliable control and stability of reproduction of specified structural and gravimetric quality parameters of hell, sorbent. The choice of the concentration of the sulfuric acid solution and the content of alumina in it is determined by the following main factors. When using a solution of sulfuric acid concentration more. 130 g / l and alumina content less than 2.5 g / l, the rate of maturation of the hydrogel significantly increases and the conditions and accuracy of adjustment at the stage of syneresis or heat treatment of the adsorbent deteriorate. At the same time, the proposed method has no fundamental differences in terms of regulating the porous structure and gravimetrically} quality parameters from the known method. When the content of alumina in sulfuric acid is more than 8.5 g / l, it is impossible to obtain an adsorbent with a large pore volume (not less than 0.8 g / cm) and, therefore, to ensure high stability during high-cycle operation. When the concentration of sulfuric acid is below 53 g / l, a high-quality adsorbent can be obtained under satisfactory conditions of regulation of the porous structure. However, in this case, the maturation of the hydrogel is extremely slowed down and the productivity of the process is sharply reduced. Thus, the above parameters of the implementation of the method allow to achieve a positive effect with the possibility of the synthesis of a highly efficient and stable adsorbent in long-term high-cycle operation, ..,. The technology of the method is to follow. Solutions of sodium silicate and sulfuric acid are mixed with the addition of aluminum sulphate, using a spherical hydrogel in a hydrocarbon medium by means of the 1M method, which is then subjected to syneresis, activation, washing, drying and calcining. EXAMPLE 1. Mix 400 l 2 N, (180 g / l) of a solution of liquid steel with 350 l of a solution of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 53 g / l with a content of 2.5 g / l of alumina and mix it. hydrogel spheres in hydrocarbon medium (oil). The table shows the preparation modes and qualitative indicators of the initial and equilibrium samples of adsorbents obtained by the proposed and By the known methods. From the data given in the tables it can be seen that the samples of adsorbents 6 each obtained by the proposed method, like the samples prepared by a known method, have a well-developed porous structure and high activity and stability. However, the proposed method of preparation allows it to be easier and more reliable to regulate the parameters of the porous structure and the gravimetric density than is known. For example, a change in the temperature of syneresis in a known method leads to a change in the bulk density from 0.54 to o. g / cm (by 0.08 g / cm), while changing te fflepatyry from 55 C to 42 C (examples 2 and 3) in the proposed method leads to a change in bulk density from 0 to 0, 53 g / cm by 0.05 g / cm). Thus, the change in gravimetric density per temperature change of syneresis by 1 ° C in the proposed method is about .6.004, and B is known to be 0088 ° C. A similar dependence on the temperature of syneresis is observed in the proposed method. specific pore volume of adsorbents. The proposed method: a change in temperature from up to 42 C leads to a change in the specific pore volume from 0.9 to 0.8 (about 0.008 CMVi / c), lime: a change in temperature from 28 ° C to 38 ° C leads to a change in the specific pore volume from 0.8 to 1.05 (about 0.025 CMVr- / ° C). Just like the temperature of syneresis, the pH of the medium during syneresis significantly influences the structural and gravimetric characteristics when the adsorbents are produced by the proposed method than by the known method. Thus, a change in the pH of the syneresis medium from 8 to 9 in the proposed method (examples 9 and 10) changes the density of the total density by 0.02 g / cm, while these changes in the known method were more significant: the total density of 0.05 g / cm-, specific pore volume 0.15 cm / g. Thus, the proposed method, in comparison with the known, allows to significantly improve the conditions for adjusting the parameters of the porous structure and the density of the particles and to increase the reliability of the synthesis of a high-quality adsorbent under industrial conditions.
