Abstract

1. Способ химико-термической обработки изделий, преимущественно из сплавов титана, включающий электрохимическое нанесение покрытия, отжиг, нагрев в углеродсодержащей среде до температуры насыщения, выдержку и охлаждение, отличающийся тем, что, с целью интенсификации процесса и повышения износостойкости, отжиг производят при температуре на (20-50)°C ниже температуры фазового превращения титанового сплава, нагрев в углеродсодержащей среде осуществляют со скоростью (5-300)°C/с до 0,4-0,8 температуры плавления материала покрытия.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электрохимически наносят покрытия из Cr, Fe или Ni.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отжиг проводят в вакууме, защитной или углеродсодержащей среде.
