Из данных таблицы видно, что борирование в предатагаемом составе позвол ет получить толщину диффузионного сло в 1,3-1,5 раза большую за один и тот же период времени по сравнению с толщиной боридного сло , полученного в известном составе .About SP 00 The invention relates to metallurgy, namely to the chemical heat treatment of metals, iron and sintered materials based on iron in powder saturating media, in particular, to diffusion boronization, and can be used in engineering, machine-building and other industries. Failures. Known composition for boron-containing, wt.%: Boron carbide, 98.4. Aluminum fluoride 1.6. As a result of chemical heat treatment in a known composition of steel U8 at 900 ° C for 4 hours, it forms with a diffusion boride layer with a thickness of 80 µm. The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the invention is a boron composition containing, in wt%: Technical boron carbide 95-98 Niobium powder 2-5 The process of diff: boron boron in known composition is carried out at 975 ° C for 4 h, while a diffusion layer 230 μm thick 2j is formed on the steel 45. A disadvantage of the known composition is low pressing ability. The purpose of the invention is to increase the usability of the composition. The goal is achieved by the fact that the composition for boronization of products including boron carbide and niobium powder, additionally contains graphite and potassium boron fluoride in the following ratio, wt.%: Niobium powder 3-7 Potassium boron fluoride 3-5 Graphite 0.5-1.0 Boron carbide Rest The boronization process in the proposed composition is carried out at 850980 C for 4-6 hours in containers with a fusible closure without the use of vacuum or protective atmospheres, or, in the case of combining sintering with chemical-thermal treatment, at a temperature of sintering powder materials in a protective reducing atmosphere in containers without the use of a fusible bolt. Example. Conducted diffusion boron steel 45 and V8, as well as sintered material GGr1 in the proposed and known compositions. The saturation temperature is 975 ° C, the duration is 4 hours. Comparative data on the saturation of the compositions are presented in the table. From the data in the table it can be seen that boronization in the pre-compositional composition makes it possible to obtain a thickness of the diffusion layer 1.3–1.5 times greater for the same period of time as compared with the thickness of the boride layer obtained in a known composition.
