Таблица 1 Деготь Д-6 30 40 50 60 70 БнД-60/90 70 60 50 40 30The invention relates to road construction and can be used in road paving. A known method of preparing asphalt concrete mixture is that the heated and dried large and small fractions of mineral materials are initially mixed with coal tar, taken in an amount of 0.5-1.0% by weight of the mineral part, then liquid bitumen is added in an amount 4-5% of the mass of the mineral part are mixed until all the stone materials of the GP are enveloped. The closest to the invention according to the technical essence and the achieved result is the method of preparing asphalt concrete mixture, which consists in the separation of mineral components into large and small fractions, the processing of a large fraction of 20-25 bitumen from the total mass of bitumen with the subsequent introduction of mineral powder and the remaining bitumen. {jZl. The disadvantages of these methods are low strength and high consumption of bitumen. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the asphalt concrete and reduce the consumption of bitumen. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of preparing the asphalt-concrete mixture, including the separation of the mineral component. for the coarse and fine fractions, processing the coarse fraction with a part of the binder and the subsequent introduction of the fine dispersed fraction and the remaining binder, followed by stirring, the coarse fraction is treated with tar in an amount of 30-70% by weight of tar bitumen, and bitumen is used in the remaining fraction; . Separate mixing of coarse fractions with tar, and then the introduction of small fractions and further mixing make the enveloping of both large and small fractions thin-film. A so-called selective filtration effect is also observed, during which the natural fractionation of tar constituents occurs with a consistent distribution in the mineral material. The image of a tar film on the surface of mineral particles of high molecular weight substances with the introduction of bitumen forms a strong film binder with asphaltenes and resins due to the identical chemical nature of tar and bitumen. PRI im p The dried and heated to 110-120 ° C mineral material is divided into coarse and fine fractions. The coarse fraction is loaded into the mixer and the tar heated to 110-120 ° C is introduced therein in the amount of 30% of the mass into the hopper; After 5–10 s after the start of mixing, the tar with large fractions of the mineral material is fed into the mixer and the heated fine fraction of the mineral material is mixed for 10–15 s. Then, bitumen heated to 140-145 ° C is introduced into the mixer and mixed for another 10-15 seconds. The proposed method is used to prepare mixtures of the composition, wt%: coarse mineral aggregate 70; fine mineral aggregate 30; in the tweak 7.0. D-6 grade tar with a viscosity of 6080 s and bitumen VND-60/90 in a ratio of 30:70 wt.% Are used as a binder. As a mineral powder, limestone mineral powder with a specific surface of 5000, as well as granite rubble and granite seeding of a fraction of 0-5 mm, is used. In tab. 1 shows the compositions in the living, which were prepared asphalt mixes for the proposed method; in tab. 2 - properties. asphalt concrete, made by the proposed and known methods. Asphalt mixes made by the proposed method have high strength while reducing bitumen consumption. Table 1 Tar D-6 30 40 50 60 70 BnD-60/90 70 60 50 40 30
