The invention relates to devices for creating pulsations in devices of the chemical, petrochemical, and other industries in the industry to intensify mass transfer processes. According to the main author. St. No. 891108 a pulsator is known, having a body with pulsation nozzles, a rotor made in the form of a hollow cylinder by a partition dividing the volume into two isolated chambers, slots perpendicular to the cylinder forming 1 are made on the cylindrical surface of each rotor chamber 1 simultaneously generating different pulsation frequencies, which makes it impossible to use it for the implementation of intensive mass transfer in pulsating extractors. The purpose of the invention is the simultaneous generation of pressure pulses of two different frequencies. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a pulsator that includes a cylindrical body, feed and bleed nozzles, a rotor made in the form of a hollow cylinder equipped with a partition, slots are made on the cylindrical surface of the rotor, the grooves intersecting the slots of each rotor chamber are made on the cylindrical surface of the rotor , with the grooves placed diametrically opposite. Such an embodiment of the rotor allows, when it rotates, to change the resistance of the rotor channels, which makes it possible to impose higher frequency pulses on the main PULSES determining the flow structure in the mass transfer apparatus, which contributes to the development of the interfacial surface and thereby significantly increase the efficiency of mass exchangers. FIG. 1 shows a pulsator longitudinal section; on fi. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1, in FIG. 3 - experimentally obtained forms of pressure pulses at the outlet of the pulsators. The pulsator consists of a cylindrical body 1 with two branch pipes placed at it against each other, garden 2 and three pulsation pipes 4 and 5. The pulsator has a rotor 6 with a partition 7, which divides the rotor cavity into chambers 8 and 9 isolated from each other The cylindrical surface of each chamber has slots 10 and 11, perpendicular to the generator of the cylinder, and the grooves 12 that intersect the slots 10 and 11, we take the slots 12 are diametrically opposed to each other. The channels formed by the slits and grooves connect the supply nozzles 2 and the bleed 3 through the chambers 8 and 9 with the pulsation nozzles 4 and 5. In FIG. 3 the following notation is accepted: curve 13 - at the output of the known pulsator, curve 14 at the output of the pulsator of the proposed design. Pulsator works as follows. When the rotor 6 rotates in the first quarter of the period, the nozzle 2 connected to the discharge line of the constant pressure source through the slot 10, the grooves 12 crossing the rotor slot and the chamber 9 communicates with the pulsation nozzles 4 and 5. The flow section of the nozzle 2 changes From a certain constant value determined by the slit 10 to the cross section of the fully open nozzle 2 when it is aligned with the groove 12. Thus, in the rotoa chamber 9 and, therefore, in the pulsation nozzle 4, the positive impulse transmitted the pipe 2 from the source of the continuous change, abruptly varies, the reception of the main pressure pulse, limited by the width of the slot 10, the pressure is adjusted, the pulsing tact of the intersection of the slots 12 of the rotor of the section of the pipe 2. The frequency of the main pulse is determined by the number of rotor heads, and pulse is proportional to the number of slots 12 located on the cylindrical surface of chamber 9. At the same time, the bleed pin 3, associated with the bleed of the constant differential source, through slot 11, steps 12 located on the cylindrical surface of chamber 8, and chamber 8 communicates with the pulsation nozzle. Negative primary and negative superimposed pressure pulses occur in chamber 8 and manifold 5. During the second quarter of the period, the pressure in the rotor chambers is reversed, and for one full rotation of the rotor in each pulsation nozzle, the pressure sign changes twice. The presence of these features allows one to generate complex pulses, which are the sum of two frequency pulses — low and high. Low-frequency pulses improve the flow structure in a mass transfer apparatus. The high-frequency pulses, the YT limit, the energy dissipation in the interacting flows, have a decisive effect on the interface and narrow the size distribution of the droplets of the dispersed phase. Conducting mass exchange with the imposition of a pulsation of two frequencies can significantly improve the efficiency of mass transfer devices. A sample of this design of the pulsator was manufactured and tested in a laboratory extraction installation. A pulsator with a diameter of 100 mm was installed in the system for supplying a pulsation to a laboratory coaxial extractor with a diameter of 100 mm. Tests of the proposed sample of the pulsator showed operability, reliability of the design, the resulting pressure pulses had the form of a sinusoid with a superimposed frequency of higher order. The use of the proposed pulsator to intensify the extraction of acetic acid from carbon tetrachloride with water makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the extraction process by 25% as compared with the process that takes place when energy is supplied by means of a conventional full-wave pulsation. A spool type pulsator, widely used in industrial pulsation plants, is taken as the base sample. To create a double frequency pulsation using a spool pulsator, it is necessary to install two pulsators with independent drives, which considerably complicates and increases the cost of installation and reduces its reliability. In addition, energy costs to create pulsations increase. The use of the proposed pulsator in comparison with the base sample allows to increase the reliability and efficiency of the extraction plant, to reduce the energy costs of creating pulsations.
