Роторный аппарат содержит корпус 1 с патрубком 2 выхода среды крышку 3 с патрубком 4 входа, статор 5 с каналами 6, ротор 7 с каналами 8, камеру 9 озвучивани и упругие пластины 10, установленные в каналах 6 статора 5. Обрабатываема среда поступает через патрубок 4 под давлением в полость ротора 7. Затем через каналы 8 ротора 7 и каналы 6 статора 5 проходит в камеру 9 озвучивани и выводитс из аппарата через патрубок 2. При обтекании упругих пластин 10 поток среды заставл ет их вибрировать с определенной частотой.
