Устройство содержит корпус 1 с присоединительными патрубками 2. В корпусе 1 размешен упругий демпфирующий элемент 3, ограничивающий кольцевую газовую полость 4, котора сообгцена с источником сжатого газа (не показан) посредством подвод щих 5 и отвод щих 6 патрубков.
