The invention relates to metal cutting and can be used for countersinking holes in wedge-shaped bags. The known tool head, in the case of which there is a shaft, intended for communication with the machine spindle and connected by means of a hinge with a tool holder, and a tool holder orientation mechanism, including a spherical hinge 1. A disadvantage of the known head is its low accuracy, which is based on the tool holder only over the hole being machined without orientation of the head relative to the surface, e.g., inclined, on which said hole is made. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of processing holes on inclined planes. The goal is achieved by the fact that the tool head, in the case of which the shaft is placed, is intended to communicate with the machine spindle and is connected via a hinge to the tool holder, and the tool holder orientation mechanism, including a spherical hinge, is equipped with a cylindrical sleeve that surrounds the tool holder and is mounted on the latter with the possibility of moving spring-loaded base plate, with a spherical hinge vygpolnen in the form of an enclosing body and associated with a cylindrical sleeve a collar with a collar in the upper part and a spherical surface in the lower part designed to interact with a spherical annular protrusion that is made on the body, a spring inserted into the head is placed between the collar shoulder and the body, and the radius of the support plate is related to the radius of rotation of the tool holder where - radius of the support plate; R is the radius of rotation of the instrument holder; f is the angle of the maximum deviation of the tool holder from the geometrical axis of the shaft by the hinge. FIG. Figure 1 shows the kinematic diagram of the tool head; in fig. 2 the same, at the time of installation of the countersink in the working position; in fig. 3 - the same at the time of the countersink. The tool head contains a stepped body 1, in a narrow part of which a bearing shaft 3 is installed in bearings 2, and a spatial, for example, cardan or gear spherical hinge 4 is placed in a wide glass-shaped part, with the tool holder 5 rigidly connected to one of its links The housing 1 is provided with an annular protrusion 6 with a spherical bearing surface. This protrusion 6 is one of the parts of the mechanism of orientation of the tool holder 5 relative to the workpiece, the contours of which are shown by a dashed line. The second element of the mechanism for orientation of the tool holder 5 is the holder 7, which has an annular shoulder 8 in the upper part, which is supported on the case 1 through a conical spring 9, and in the lower part a spherical surface 10 in contact with the protrusion 6 of the case 1. The holder 7 is connected to a cylindrical a sleeve 11 in which a tool holder 5 is installed in bearings 12; A supporting plate 13 is installed on the holder with the possibility of reciprocating movement, the movement of which is limited by the compression spring 14. The radius r of the support bar 13 and the radius R of rotation of the tool holder, measured as the distance from the center of the universal joint 4 to the tip of the countersink 15, is determined by the well-known relation on the wedge cheek of the workpiece wedge, where f is the angle of the deviation of the geometric axis allowed by the universal joint design the tool holder 5 from the continuation of the geometrical axis of the connecting shaft 3. The housing 1 is fixed against rotation by the hinged two-bearing link 16 and is capable of moving reciprocating in the guides 17 from relatively conventionally shown machine bed 18 of the machine. The instrumental head works as follows. After fixing the head relative to the frame and connecting the connecting shaft 3 to the spindle (not shown), the head is mounted on the wedge-shaped package in the area of the hole to be countersinked. Then, up to the stop of the countersink 15, the housing 1 is stirred along the guide 17 in the direction of the blank with an axial movement into the hole in the workpiece (with a non-spindle). Reference point 13, sitting on the cheek of the wedge, rotates the yoke 7 relative to the protrusion 6 of the housing 1, and the tool holder 5 on the hinge 4 relative to the connecting shaft 3, and deforms the conical spring 9 so that the head parts occupy the initial position for countersinking. The application of the proposed tool head allows to increase the accuracy of processing of the holes due to the increase in stability on the wedge-shaped packages.
