1. Кроме того, использование изобретени позвол ет получать сорбенты на основе не только свежесформованСвойства полиакрилонитрильного термофиксированного волокнаo :) The invention relates to the technology of obtaining ion-exchange fibers and can be used at the plant of chemical fibers, as well as at the dye production of textile factories processing nitron. A known method of producing ion-exchange fibers on a 6-fold PAN-window by treatment of the latter with an alkali solution. The method consists in treating a lightly formed PAN fiber with 1N solution of Velich eye at a BO-EO C of 10180 minutes followed by washing and drying at 80 ° C. The fiber thus obtained sorbs the technical cationic dye within 0.20-0.67 g / g of the EP fiber. The disadvantages of the method are the processing time, which reaches 3 hours, as a result of which the fiber production method cannot be continuous, and the relatively low sorption capacity for cationic colors l m. A method is known for producing fibers with increased sorption activity with respect to a wide range of cat dyes. The method provides for the following technological processing mode: PAN-FIBER activated with alkali is treated with 310% silicazole solution. Accelerated and heat-treated at 180 ° fiber has a dynamic capacity of cationic dyes up to 1.5 g / g of fiber 21. The disadvantages of this method are the two-stage process and the high consumption of modifying agent, a decrease in dye sorbdium in multiple cycles of sorption-regeneration The closest to the invention is a method of producing ion-exchange polyacrylonitrile fiber by saponification with a 1.0-7.5% solution of sodium aluminum alkyl silicate (WICP-PL) at reduced temperature. The method involves processing. Pan-fiber and alumomethylsiliconate sodium with a ratio of Si / A2 3, pH 13, i535 min at 50-70 C. The fiber thus treated has a dynamic capacity for cationic dyes up to 2.5 g / g of fiber and some heat resistance L31,. However, this method of obtaining The ion exchange fiber has the following disadvantages: firstly, it extends only to freshly formed fiber, which can be applied only to chemical fiber factories that produce nitron and have freshly formed wet fibers. fiber, and can not be applied in the textile industry, processing Nitron and having significant amounts of this fiber as waste. - In addition to the grains, the synthesized fiber has a high sorption efficiency with respect to cationic dyes does not have a selectivity to them, since, simultaneously with the dye, it also absorbs surfactants present in the solution, which reduces the selectivity of this sorbent to dyes, since it is used in the beauty and finishing industry; Mixed SkrasiteliPAV i solutions are common. The purpose of the invention is to increase the selectivity to cationic dyes in the presence of surfactants. The goal is achieved in that according to the method of obtaining ion-exchange polyacrylonitrile fiber by saponification with a 1.0-7.5% aqueous solution of sodium aluminum alkyl silicate at elevated temperature, sodium alumina (ethyl) silicone silicate is used as sodium aluminum alkyl silicate with a ratio of unity: and the saponification is carried out at 96-98 ° C for 10-30 minutes. According to the invention, freshly molded or thermofixed PANAVOLOKNO is treated with solutions of sodium alumomethyl or ethyl ethyl silicates with an S / AB ratio of 1 GAMSP-1, AESP-1), washed out of excess alkali for 1030 minutes, dried. The use of sodium alumoalkyl silicates with a high aluminum content as a modifying agent, which significantly reduces the surface tension of the solution, facilitates the process of modifying the thermally fixed fiber and produces a more cross-linked fiber, which prevents the diffusion of large surface molecules. active substances and determines the selectivity of the fiber. In addition, the increase in the quality of aluminum in the fiber increases its heat resistance. Example. Polyacrylonitrile thermofixed fiber is treated at 96-98 ° C for 20 minutes with a 5% solution of the preparation of AMCP-1 - sodium aluminomethylsiliconate with an SI / M ratio of 1. Then the fiber is washed off from excess alkali and dried. Fiber properties are given in table. 1. PRI mme R 2. Polyacrylonitrile thermofixed fiber is treated as in Example 1 for 10 minutes with a 7.5% AMCP-1 solution. Fiber properties are given in table. 2 .. Example 3. Polyacrylonitrile-: heat-fixed fiber is treated with sac in example 1 with a 1% solution of AMCP-1 for 30 minutes. Fiber properties are given in table. 3 PRI me R 4. Freshly formed polyacrylonitrile fiber is treated as in example 1 for 10 minutes with a 5% solution of AMCP-1. Fiber properties are given in table. 4. Example 5. Polyacrylonitrile thermofixed fiber is treated as in Example 1 for 10 minutes with a 5% solution of sodium alumino-lyconate (AAASP-1). Fiber properties are given in table. five . Thus, the invention makes it possible to obtain a sorbent that efficiently sorbs a cationic dye — from a solution and not to a surfactant surfactant, i.e. sorbent, characterized by increased selectivity for cationic dyes in the presence of surfactants. In addition, the use of the invention allows to obtain sorbents on the basis of not only the newly formed properties of polyacrylonitrile heat-fixed fiber

Т а б л и ц а 1240 solid but also thermofixed fibers. The fact that the ion exchange fibers synthesized by the proposed method have a high selectivity for cationic dyes in the presence of significant amounts of surfactants can be used to clean the washing water of high-gloss machines that wash the ribbon from nitron after dyeing. The primary waters discharged from these machines into the sewers contain significant (up to .12 g / g) quantities of surfactants and minor amounts of cationic dyes. Purifying these waters from the dye. The ion exchange fiber obtained by the proposed method can use water containing surfactants repeatedly. This will reduce the consumption of tio superficial-active substances at the enterprises and at the same time reduce their amount in wastewater, which will help to protect the environment. Table 1
