Известна глазурь, включающа сле дующие компоненты, весД: SiO 61,7 71 ,k; , ,30-8,20; 0,2-0,i CaO 0,2-0,4; MgO 0,1-0,3 КО 0,91 ,2; NaoO 6,0-10,2; В „О,,12,0. 19.2 Cl.V Указанный состав имеет высокую температуру обжига 850-1000°С. Наиболее близким к изобретению вл етс состав, включающий следующие компоненты, весД: Si02 63,668 ,98; АТзОэ 6,,96; 0,3б0 ,60; СаО 5,82-6,80; MgO 2,00-2,66; Na20 11,66-11,88; KjO 0,17-0,79;8205 t,04-5,70; 50з 0,13-0,15 2. Недостатком данного состава вл етс невысока морозостойкость - 25 циклов. Цель изобретени - повышение морозостойкости . Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что глазурь, включающа SiС , А1,0, ,, СаО, MgO, , , , 50з, дополнительно содержит TiO при следующем соотношении компонентой, ес.: SlOg59,0-66,8 AUOi7,5-20,72 ,1-3,07 СаО2,60-11,3 MgO0,31-1,90 Na.jO4,12-8,22 КлО0,85-1,75 BjOj6,24-12,27 S0.30,01-0,6 ,02-1,20 Глазурь готов т в шаровой мельнице мокрого помола до остатка на сите 10 тыс. отв/см 0,09-0,1%. Глазурь на необожженные плитки нанос т методом пульверизации, досушивают их и подают на обжиг .в роликовую печь. Обжиг осуществл ют при 980-1020°С. Конкретные примеры составов и их свойства представлены в таблице. При использовании скоростного однократного обжига получают фасадные плитки с качественными матовыми покрыти ми .
