Abstract
1. Способ разделения отходов процесса очистки газа, содержащих гидроокись железа и элементарную серу, отличающийся тем, что, с целью удешевления процесса, разделение осуществляют путем разбавления отходов маточным раствором сульфата аммония с последующей обработкой серной кислотой и отделением образующегося при этом раствора сульфата железа от элементарной серы фильтрацией, после чего фильтрат повторно обрабатывают маточным раствором сульфата аммония с получением осадка гидроокиси железа, который возвращают на стадию очистки газа, а из раствора кристаллизуют сульфат аммония, отделяют его и маточный раствор подают на стадии разбавления отходов и обработки фильтрата.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отходы обрабатывают 80 - 90%-ной серной кислотой.3. Способ по пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что для повторной обработки фильтрата используют раствор сульфата аммония с концентрацией аммиака, равно 3 - 5 мас.%.1.
