In the synthesis of herbicides of the type of substituted dinitroanilines, impurities of nitrosamines are formed. Since the latter are carcinogenic, analysis of herbicides for nitrosamine content with a sensitivity of 110 is necessary. Technical 2,6-dinitro-tiforopermethyl-N, N-dipropylaniline (active ingredient of the herbicide nit ran-K) contains impurities of N-nitrosodipropylamine. Most methods for determining nitrosamines are based on denitrosing them and determining them. the formation of azo dyes l and fluorescent derivatives with, 7-chloro-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazo. thin layer chromatography. The SP method has insufficient sensitivity. (1 mcc / cm, which corresponds to 1–1 (), Method .2 is characterized by labor and bone duration. It is also known to determine N-nitrosodipropylamine by gas chromatography with a special detector — a thermo-energy analyzer that is highly sensitive and specific to nitrosamines 3J. The fluorimetric method for the determination of nitrosamines in food products and other environmental objects is closest to that proposed. Nitrosamines are isolated by steam distillation; imitate with methylene chloride, denitrose with a solution of hydrogen bromide in glacial acetic acid, eliminate the excess denitrose agents by evaporation, obtain danesil by heating for 3 hours at 50 with 1-dimethylamino-naphthalen-5-sulfonyl chloride, separate the dansylamides by thin layer chromatography. Eluagas of the corresponding zones of the thin layer on the spectrofluorometer. The total analysis duration is 6 h. The disadvantages of the method are the laboriousness and duration of the analysis. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method for the determination of N-nitrosodipropylamine in technical 2,6 dinitpo-t-tripto-methyl-N, N-dipropylaniline. The goal is achieved by the method consisting in that N-nitrosodipropylamine is prepared (with water vapor, obtained after Distillation with steam distillate is subjected to ultraviolet irradiation in the presence of phosphate buffer solution and bromthymol blue, followed by extraction of the resulting colored compound and photometry of the extract. After distillation with steam, the distillate is co-denitrosed and treated with an ultra chromogenic reagent, irradiated in the presence of a phosphate, buffer solution and bromothymol blue, followed by extraction of the resulting colored compound and photometry of the extract. The optimal conditions for the formation of the colored bromthymol blue compound are as follows: -8, phosphate-; buffer solution, 1-fold molar excess of bromthymol blue relative to N-nitrosodipropylamine. In this case, optically, ska, the density of the sample extract is maximum, and the idle experience is insignificant. Amines in the technical product interfere with the determination of N-nitrosodipropylamine. Steam distillation from a 0.2 M sulphate solution eliminates the interfering effect of amines. An example. 10 g of the analyzed 2,6.-dinitro-4-trifluoromethyl-M, M-dipropylaniline are placed in a distillation flask, 100.2 M solution is added and 50 cm are distilled off. distillate in the receiver, cooled with a mixture of ice-water. 20 cm of distillate is placed in a 50 cm glass, 2 cm of phosphate buffer solution with a pH of 7.1, 1 cm of a 0.2-ml solution of bromothymol blue in 0.02 n, sodium hydroxide solution is added and irradiated under a PRK-2 lamp in kO MIN; The contents of the beaker are cooled to room temperature, 10 ml of chloroform are added, the mixture is extracted for 1 minute and the extract is colorimetrated at nm (A). In parallel, 20 ml of the eluate without irradiation is analyzed (1. The amount of M-nitrosodipropylamine is determined by calibration calibration according to the difference in optical density. The content of N-nitrosurdipropylamine (CD) is calculated using the formula V.-aK100 gV, .lo004000I. -, where a - the amount of N-nitrosodipro | 1ilamine, found on the calibration curve, μmg; d is the weight of 2,6-dinitro-trifluoromethyl-N .M-dipropylaniline, g; the volume of the distillate portion being analyzed, V is the volume of the distillate obtained, , 1 - coefficient taking into account the percentage of N-nitrosodipropylamine recovery. 10 15. 5 to 15 20 25 864 A freshly prepared aqueous solution of N-nitrosodipropylamine with a concentration of 10 µg / cm is used for the construction of the calibration curve. In a row of glasses, 0-2-5-10-15-20-25 µg N-nitrosodipropylamine are placed, reasoning The volume is up to 20 WATER, 2 cm of the buffer solution is added, and then they proceed as in the determination of N-nitrosodipropylamine. The method is tested by the method, additives. The results of the analysis of artificial mixtures and production samples are shown in the table. As can be seen from the examples, the method allows the determination of N-nitrozodipropylamine in a technical 2,6-dinitro-tr1I fluoromethyl-M, M-dipropylaniline with a sensitivity of 5-10. In contrast to the known, the proposed method of determination is quite simple and accessible, while the duration of the analysis is reduced from -6 to 2, Part 1.
