Композиция для изготовления ионообменной мембраны, включающая фторсодержащий ионообменный полимер и политетрафторэтилен, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью увеличения выхода по току и механических свойств мембраны на ее основе, в качестве фторсодержащего ионообменного полимера она содержит сополимер тетрафторэтилена и сульфированного перфторвинилового эфира и дополнительно содержит поверхностно-активное вещество общей формулыгде Xи X- H, F, Cl;Y - щелочной металл; Н, NH;q = 0,1,2,при следующем соотношении компонентов, вес.%:Ионообменный полимер - 44 - 98,5Политетрафторэтилен - 1,0 - 50,0Поверхностно-активное вещество - 0,5 - 62. Способ получения композиции для изготовления ионообменной мембраны путем смешения фторсодержащего ионообменного полимера с тетрафторэтиленом, отличающийся тем, что, с целью увеличения выхода по току и механических свойств мембраны на основе полученной композиции, политетрафторэтилен используют в виде дисперсии в растворителе, растворяющем поверхностно-активное вещество, указанную дисперсию предварительно гомогенизируют с поверхностно-активным веществом и смешение ведут при температуре плавления полимеров.1.
