Abstract

An elastic panel (1, 8) is intended primarily for railway passages, which are fitted in their upper part with a groove for mounting it under the upper part of a rail (10). In its lower part, the panel is fitted with a supporting plane (2, 5) to approach the rail (10) flange. The panel (1, 8) is manufactured as a compact block and is fitted with voids (3, 6) for rail (10) fixing elements and with at least one longitudinal groove (4, 7). The latter is intended for installation of a binding element manufactured of a threaded pipe to which a panel (1, 8) stressing element is screwed on. As a rule, the elastic panels (1, 8) are placed on railway sleepers (9) of the railway passage.

Le - te se naslanjajo na podstavke tirov. Posamezne plošče so praviloma povezovane s pomočjo vzmeti, ki so oprijete v utorih sosednjih plošč. Proizvodnja in montaža tega tipa elastičnih plošč je precej zahtevna. Pri tem lahko pride do poškodobe plošče predvsem na utorih, kjer se vzmeti obešajo na sosednje plošče. Predmet izuma je elastična plošča. Željeni cilj je dosežen s konstrukcijo elastične plošče na podlagi izuma, katerega osnova je v tem, da je plošča proizvedena kakor kompaktni blok, ki je opremljen z stojah (sidri), ki omogočajo, da se plošča primakne k tiru. V plošči sami so vgrajene komore, za pritrdilne dele tirov. Prednost te rešitve je v tem, da se znižajo stroški proizvodnje elastične plošče, ter da se poenostavi montaža. Za montažo se namreč uporablja le en element, plošča pa je prožno naslonjena na podstavek tira, zato ne prihaja do poškodbe železniških pragov.The object of the invention is an elastic plate.
