1 1 1/87 THE UNIROYAL GOODRICH TIRE COMPANY Akron, Ohio USA IZBOLJŠAN KALUP ZA ZUNANJO GUMO, POSTOPEK ULIVANJA IN ZUNANJA GUMA Patentni zahtevki 1. Kalup za ulivanje zunanje gume po zahtevku 1, značilen po tem, da sredstva za prehod (162, 164, 166) obsegajo množico prehodov (162, 164, 166), ki povezujejo omenjene celice (66) z odgovarjajočimi žepi (108, 122), kjer je omenjena množica prehodov (162, 164, 166) razporejena okoli kalupa na zunanji strani.
3. Kalup za ulivanje zunanje gume po zahtevku 1 ali 2, značilen po tem, da omenjena sredstva za prehod (162, 164, 166) obsegajo vsaj en zaprt prehod (164, 166), oblikovan v delu kalupa (42, 44) s pomočjo prevrtanih lukenj (164, 166), ki se sekata pod kotom od 45° do 135° .
4. Kalup za ulivanje zunanje gume po kateremkoli zahtevku od 1 do 3, značilen po tem, da nadalje vključuje dušilni čep (122), ki je postavljen na skrajni konec omenjenih sredstev za prehod (162, 164, 166) poleg votline (82).
5. Kalup za ulivanje zunanje gume po kateremkoli zahtevku od 1 do 4, značilen po tem, da omenjena sredstva za prezračevanje obsegajo ločno odprtino (142).

Metoda ulivanja zunanje gume, s pomočjo kalupov za ulivanje zunanje gume po kateremkoli zahtevku od 1 do 5, značilna po tem, da obsega naslednje korake: - evakuacija fluida iz votline skozi celico, ki je vsaj delno definirana s sodelujočima površinama polovic kalupa, - fluidno povezovanje para perifernih sosednjih žepov preko prehodov za zračenje in fluidno povezovanje enega od para perifernih sosednjih žepov povezanega s prehodom za zračenje in celico. 3

Postopek za ulivanje zunanje gume po zahtevku 6, značilen po tem, da nadalje obsega korak odstranjevanja zamaška prehodov za zračenje, ki se nahaja na prvem končnem delu slepega prehoda za zračenje, kjer omenjeno odstranjevanje obsega naslednje korake: - dovajanje v bistvu nestisljivega fluida v prehod za zračenje skozi odmašeni drugi konec prehoda za zračenje, - namestitev orodja, ki ima malo manjši premer od premera drugega konca prehoda za zračenje, v drugi konec prehoda za zračenje in v stik s fluidom, - potiskanje orodja, da prenese dovolj veliko silo preko fluida na zamašek na zamašenem koncu prehoda za zračenje, da zato zamašek izskoči iz prvega konca prehoda za zračenje.
8. Zunanja guma, ulita v kalupu po kateremkoli zahtevku od 1 do 5, značilna po tem, da obsega: - par zunaj ih tekalnih reber, kjer vsaj eno izmed omenjenih reber vsebuje množico zunanjih tekalnih elementov, - površinska sredstva, ki določajo v bistvu neprekinjeni zunanji žleb med omenjenima rebroma, - odlomljeni ostanek odprtine med paroma sosednjih zunanjih tekalnih elementov, kjer odprtina nastane med ulivanjem nevulkanizirane elastomerne gume, ki pride tudi v prehod stranske odprtine skozi katero sta spojena omenjena sosednja zunanja tekalna elementa, - omenjeni zunanji žleb, ki nima ostankov iz odprtine.
