Claims (13)
- -1- OBLIKOVANO TELO ZA TOPLOTNO IZOLACIJO PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Oblikovano telo, prednostno v obliki plošče, za uporabo kot toplotna izolacija, narejeno iz: a) fino razpodeljenega praškastega oziroma vlaknastega materiala, ki ima kapaciteto absorpcije vode od 4 do 50 utežnih % pri 23 °C in 85 %-ni relativni vlagi, b) plašča, ki ne vsebuje kovin, ki obdaja ta fino razpodeljeni praškasti oziroma vlaknasti material in ima pri tem prepustnost za vodno paro od 0,02 do < 0,1 g/(m2.d) pri 23 °C in 85 %-ni relativni vlagi in prepustnosti za pline za N2, 02 in C02 v seštevku od 0,05 do 0,5 cm3/(m2.d.bar) pri 23 °C, z lastnostjo, da absorbira vodo do količine od 2 do 15 utežnih %, ne da bi se pri tem njegova toplotna prevodnost poslabšala za več kot 25 %.
- 2. Oblikovano telo po zahtevku 1, označeno s tem, da je bil praškasti oziroma vlaknasti material sušen v nekem mikroporoznem plašču in da je bil mikroporozni plašč vstavljen v plašč, ki ne vsebuje kovin.
- 3. Oblikovano telo po zahtevkih 1 in 2, označeno s tem, da je plašč, ki ne vsebuje kovin, neka večslojna folija brez kovinskega sloja, vsebujoča zaporne sloje in ima v bistvu naslednje sloje: A) sloj zaščitnega laka iz PVDC, ki lahko v danem primeru vsebuje nek polivinilalkoholni sloj, B1) v danem primeru vezni sloj ali lepilni sloj, C1) nek poliolefinski sloj, B2) vezni sloj ali lepilni sloj, D) etilen-vinilalkoholni kopolimerni sloj, ki je v danem primeru najmanj z ene strani opremljen s poliamidnim slojem E s koekstrudiranjem, B3) v danem primeru vezni sloj ali lepilni stoj, C2) nek poliolefinski sloj
- 4. Oblikovano telo po zahtevkih od 1 do 3, označeno s tem, da je sloj D) obojestransko ojačan s poliamidnim slojem E. -2-
- 5. Oblikovano telo po zahtevkih od 1 do 4, označeno s tem, da imajo posamezni sloji plašča naslednje debeline: Sloj A: 10 do 20 pm vključno s plastjo laka, B1: 0,1 do 10 pm, kolikor se uporablja vezni sloj, C1: 5 do 500 pm, Θ2: 0,2 do 10 pm, kolikor se uporablja lepilna plast in 5 do 500 pm, kolikor se uporablja vezna plast, D; 1 do 50 pm, E: 5 do 100 pm, B3: 0,2 do 10 pm, C2: 5 do 500 pm.
- 6. Oblikovano telo po zahtevkih od 1 do 5, označeno s tem, da so najmanj posamezni sloji plašča raztezanj.
- 7. Oblikovano telo po zahtevkih od 1 do 6, označeno s tem, da je sloj A plašča biaksialno raztezan.
- 8. Oblikovano telo po zahtevkih od 1 do 7, označeno s tem, da sta sloja B1 in B3 plašča v bistvu sestavljena iz nekega dvokomponentnega poliuretanskega lepila.
- 9. Postopek za proizvodnjo oblikovanega telesa za toplotno izolacijo po zahtevkih od 1 do 8, označen s tem, da se: a) v danem primeru fino porazdeljeni praškasti oziroma vlaknasti material, ki ima kapaciteto absorpcije vode od 4 do 50 utežnih % pri 23 °C in 85 %-ni relativni vlagi, suši pod pogoji, ki zadoščajo za izganjanje površinske vode, b) praškasti oziroma vlaknasti material v danem primeru stisne v neko formo, c) v danem primeru posušeni in v danem primeru stisnjeni praškasti oziroma vlaknasti material vnese v plašč, ki ne vsebuje kovin, ki ima odprtino za evakuiranje in prepustnost za vodno paro od 0,02 do < 0,1 g/(m2.d) pri 23 °C in 85 %-ni relativni vlagi in prepustnosti za pline za N2,02 in C02 v seštevku od 0,05 do 0,5 cm3/(m2.d.bar) pri 23 °C, d) plašč brez kovin evakuira in e) odprtina za evakuiranje plašča, ki ne vsebuje kovin, ob vzdrževanju vakuuma v notranjosti plašča zapre. -3-
- 10. Postopek po zahtevku 9, označen s tem, da se praškasti oziroma vlaknasti material suši v mikroporoznem plašču.
- 11. Postopek po zahtevku 9, označen s tem, da se praškasti oziroma vlaknasti material stisne v mikroporoznem plašču in v danem primeru za tem suši.
- 12. Uporaba oblikovanega telesa po zahtevkih od 1 do 8, kot posode za skladiščenje, pakiranje in/ali transport za blago, občutljivo na temperaturo.
- 13. Uporaba enega ali več oblikovanih teles po zahtevkih od 1 do 8 za toplotno izolacijo hladilnikov ali zamrzovalnih omar.
