Postopek za izdelavo vodne suspenzije, ki vsebuje mešanico delcev površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata (MCC) in delcev oborjenega kalcijevega karbonata (PCC), vključuje naslednje korake: a) priprava vodne suspenzije površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC), b) priprava vodne suspenzije oborjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC), c) združitev navedene vodne suspenzije površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC) iz koraka a) z navedeno vodno suspenzijo oborjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (PCC) iz koraka b) za pridobitev vodne suspenzije, ki je sestavljena iz mešanice površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC) in oborjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (PCC), in d) odstranjevanje vode iz vodne suspenzije, pridobljene v koraku c) za pridobitev vodne suspenzije, ki je sestavljena iz mešanice površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC) in oborjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (PCC), pri čemer mešanica vsebuje površinsko spremenjen kalcijev karbonat v delcih (MCC) in oborjen kalcijev karbonat v delcih (PCC) v masnem razmerju (MCC/PCC) od 99 :1 do 50 : 50.
- 2. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 1, pri čemer je površinsko spremenjen kalcijev karbonat v delcih (MCC) v vodni suspenziji iz koraka a) v bistvu površinsko spremenjen kalcijev karbonat v delcih sferične oblike (bMCC).
- 3. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 1 ali 2, pri čemer ima površinsko spremenjen kalcijev karbonat v delcih (MCC) v vodni suspenziji iz koraka a) a) srednji premer zrn cf50 od 4 pm do 100 pm, po možnosti od 5 pm do 75 pm, še bolje od 10 pm do 55 pm oziroma še bolje od 15 pm do približno 35 pm, določeno z napravo Malvern Mastersizer, in/ali b) specifično površino BET > 15 m2/g, po možnosti od 20 m2/g do 200 m2/g, še bolje od 30 m2/g do 150 m2/g, oziroma najbolje od 40 m2/g do 100 m2/g, izmerjeno z uporabo dušika in metode BET, in/ali c) distribucijo velikosti delcev dgs/cfeo < 3, še bolje £ 2,9, po možnosti v razponu od 1,4 do 2,9.
- 4. Postopek v skladu s katerimkoli od zahtevkov 1 do 3, pri čemer vodna suspenzija površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC) iz koraka a) vsebuje vsaj eno predelovalno sredstvo v količini do 8 ut. %, po možnosti v količinah od 0,01 ut. % do 5 ut. %, še bolje od 0,05 ut. % do 4 ut. % oziroma najbolje od 0,2 ut. % do 3 ut. % na osnovi skupne suhe teže vodne suspenzije.
- 5. Postopek v skladu z zahtevkom 4, pri čemer je izbrano vsaj eno predelovalno sredstvo iz skupine, ki vključuje železov sulfat, železov(lll) sulfat, železov klorid, železov(lll) klorid, aluminijev sulfat, aluminijev klorid in/ali njihove hidrirane oblike, silikate, v vodi topne kationske polimere, v vodi topne amfoterične polimere, v vodi topne neionske polimere in njihove kombinacije.
- 6. Postopek v skladu s katerimkoli zahtevkom od 1 do 5, pri čemer ima oborjen kalcijev karbonat v delcih (PCC) v vodni suspenziji iz koraka b) a) srednji premer zrn d50 od 0,1 do 100 pm, po možnosti od 0,25 pm do 50 pm, še bolje od 0,3 pm do 5 pm oziroma najbolje od 0,4 pm do 3 pm, določeno z metodo sedimentacije, in/ali b) specifično površino BET v razponu od 1 do 100 m2/g, po možnosti od 2 do 70 m2/g, še bolje od 3 do 50 m2/g oziroma najbolje od 4 do 30 m2/g, izmerjeno z uporabo dušika in metode BET, in/ali c) distribucijo velikosti delcev cfee/cfeo ^ 3, še bolje £ 3,2, po možnosti v razponu od 3,2 do 4,5.
- 7. Postopek v skladu s katerimkoli zahtevkom od 1 do 6, pri čemer ima vodna suspenzija a) površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC) iz koraka a) in/ali vodna suspenzija oborjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (PCC) iz koraka b) vsebnost trdnih snovi vsaj 5 ut. %, po možnosti od 5 do 60 ut. %, še bolje od 10 do 35 ut. % oziroma najbolje od 15 do 30 ut. % na osnovi skupne teže vodne suspenzije, in/ali b) pridobljena v koraku c) vsebnost trdnih snovi vsaj 5 ut. %, po možnosti od 5 do 40 ut. %, še bolje od 10 do 35 ut. % oziroma najbolje od 15 do 30 ut. % na osnovi skupne teže vodne suspenzije, in/ali c) pridobljena v koraku d) vsebnost trdnih snovi vsaj 15 ut. %, po možnosti od 15 do 50 ut. %, še bolje od 20 do 45 ut. % oziroma najbolje od 20 do 40 ut. % na osnovi skupne teže vodne suspenzije.
- 8. Postopek v skladu s katerimkoli zahtevkom od 1 do 7, pri čemer mešanica vsebuje a) površinsko spremenjen kalcijev karbonat v delcih (MCC) in oborjen kalcijev karbonat v delcih (PCC) v masnem razmerju (MCC/PCC) od 95 : 5 do 65 : 35, po možnosti od 90 : 10 do 70 : 30, in/ali b) delce s srednjim premerom zrn d5o od 5 μιτι do 100 pm, po možnosti od 10 pm do 75 pm, še bolje od 15 pm do 50 pm oziroma še bolje od 20 pm do 35 pm, določeno z metodo sedimentacije, in/ali c) delce s specifično površino BET > 5 m2/g, po možnosti od 10 m2/g do 200 m2/g, še bolje od 20 m2/g do 150 m2/g oziroma najbolje od 30 m2/g do 100 m2/g, izmerjeno z uporabo dušika in metode BET, in/ali d) delce z distribucijo velikosti delcev cfee/c/so * 2,0, še bolje £ 2,5, po možnosti v razponu od 2,5 do 3,0.
- 9. Vodna suspenzija, ki je sestavljena iz mešanice površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC) in oborjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (PCC) v masnem razmerju (MCC/PCC) od 99 :1 do 50 : 50, pridobljena v skladu s katerimkoli postopkom iz zahtevkov 1 do 8.

- 11. Uporaba mešanice površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC) in oborjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (PCC) iz vodne suspenzije iz zahtevka 9 oziroma mešanice iz zahtevka 10 za papir, premaze za papir, toaletni papir, digitalni foto papir, barve, premaze, lepila, plastiko, obdelavo odpadne vode ali v sredstvih za obdelavo odpadne vode.
- 12. Uporaba v skladu z zahtevkom 11 kot sredstvo za matiranje barv in premazov.
- 13. Uporaba v skladu z zahtevkom 12, pri čemer je sredstvo za matiranje prisotno v količinah od 1 do 10 ut. %, po možnosti od 2 do 7 ut. %, še bolje pa od 3 do 5 ut. %, na osnovi mokre barve.
- 14. Uporaba v skladu z zahtevkom 13, pri čemer ima površina posušene barve ali premaza sijaj pri 85° v razponu pod 10, po možnosti od 0,5 do 9,5, še bolje od 1 do 8 oziroma najbolje od 2 do 7,5 pri merjenju v skladu s standardom DIN 67 530.
- 15. Papir, toaletni papir, digitalni foto papir, barve, premazi, lepila, plastika ali sredstvo za obdelavo odpadnih voda, ki vsebujejo mešanico površinsko spremenjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (MCC) in oborjenega kalcijevega karbonata v delcih (PCC) vodne suspenzije iz zahtevka 9 ali mešanico iz zahtevka 10.
