Claims (8)

  1. Vijak in postopek njegove izdelave Patentni zahtevki
    1. Vijak, ki ima navojni del in glavo v katero je trajno vstavljen vložek izdelan iz bakra ali aluminija ali iz bakrove zlitine ali iz aluminijeve zlitine, z utori v zgornji ploskvi glave, ki so koncentrični z osjo vijaka, značilen po tem, da vsebuje nasprotni centralni sornik (4), ki ima prednostno sodčkasto obliko in je obdan s cilindrično izvrtino (3), ki ima konično dno s kotom nagiba a od 10° do 30°, kjer ima omenjeni vijak cilindrični vložek (5) izdelan iz bakra ali aluminija ali iz bakrove zlitine ali iz aluminijeve zlitine, ki ima aksialno skoznjo luknjo in je trajno vstavljen v cilindrično izvrtino (3), kjer je zgornja ploskev centralnega somika (4) znižana za d, ki znaša od 0,1 mm do 0,6 mm, pod zgornjo ploskev glave (2).

Postopek izdelave vijaka z uporabo tehnik plastične obdelave in strojne obdelave, značilen po tem, daje v prvem koraku izdelan navojni del (1) skupaj z glavo (2) s cilindrično izvrtino (3) z dnom v obliki stožca s kotom nagiba a od 10° do 30°, ki obdaja cilindrični centralni sornik (4), kjer površina glave (2) in površina somika (4) ležita v isti ravnini, v drugem koraku je izdelan cilindrični vložek (5) z aksialno skoznjo luknjo, iz bakra ali aluminija ali iz bakrove zlitine ali iz aluminijeve zlitine, kjer se omenjeni vložek (5) konča na enem koncu s stožcem, s kotom nagiba a od 10° do 30°, ki ima notranji premer in zunanji premer, ki odgovarjata odgovarjajočim premerom cilindrične vdolbine (3) v glavi (2) vijaka, nato v koraku A vložek (5) z aksialno skoznjo luknjo vstavimo v cilindrično izvrtino (3) in je kasneje v koraku B, zgornji del cilindričnega vložka (5) preoblikovan v delu, ki sega preko glave vijaka (2) in je nadalje v koraku plastične obdelave C, sornik (4) preoblikovan s pomočjo primernega orodja in je zgornja ploskev somika (4) istočasno znižana pod zgornjo ploskev glave (2) in je končna olika zgornjega dela cilindričnega vložka (5) oblikovana skupaj z utori (6), ki so poglobljeni v ploskev vložka koncentrično z osjo vijaka.

Postopek po zahtevku 6, značilen po tem, da v prvem koraku izdelave vijaka izdelan navojni del (1) skupaj z glavo (2) s cilindrično izvrtino (3), ki ima zaokroženo obliko z radijem R, ki znaša od 0,8 L do 1,2 L, kjer je L enako razliki med premerom izvrtine (Ll) in premerom sornika (L2) in, da je v ločenem koraku izdelan cilindrični vložek (5) s skoznjo luknjo, ki ima na enem koncu posnetje z radijem R, ki znaša od 0,8 L do 1,2 L.
