Abstract
Pričujoči izum spada na področje gozdarskih vitlov, natančneje na področje konstrukcijskih podrobnosti vitlov, še posebno vezanih na zgornji škripec z odvijalno napravo. Izum se nanaša na škripec z izboljšanim vodenjem žične vrvi in vitel z omenjenim škripcem, kije sestavljen iz: fiksnega ohišja (11), ki je v vertikalni osi premično vpeto na ohišje vitla na znane načine; premičnega vodila (12) vrvi (2) gibljivo vpetega v fiksno ohišje (11); vrvenice (13), po kateri teče vrv (2); ter vodilno-potisnega sestava (14), ki je vpet na gibljivo vodilo (12) vrvi, tako da se pritisni mehanizem (14) giblje sinhrono z vodilom (12) žične vrvi in je razdalja med sestavom (14) ter vodilom (12) žične vrvi vedno enaka ne glede na horizontalni položaj vodila (12) žične vrvi.The present invention belongs to the field of forestry winches, more precisely to the field of constructional details of winches, especially those attached to the upper pulley with an unwinding device. Ozadje izuma in tehnični problemBackground of the Invention and Technical Problem
Običajno imajo gozdarski vitli zgornji škripec in spodnji škripec, preko katerih se žična vrv navija na navijalni boben in s tem vleče breme proti vitlu. Spodnji škripec se uporablja v primeru, kadar želi uporabnik znižati težišče in je s tem traktor bolj stabilen. Do sedaj znani škripci imajo odvijalne kolute, ki naj bi preprečevali ali vsaj omejevali izpad vrvi iz škripca v območju med vrvenico in vodilom oziroma vstopnim ustjem vrvi. Omenjeni odvijalni koluti so pri znanih rešitvah nameščeni na ohišju zgornjega škripca, kar pa pogosto ne preprečuje izpada vrvi. Namreč, zgornji škripec se giblje v vertikalni osi za približno 180°, medtem ko se vodilo žične vrvi v horizontalni osi giblje za približno 115°, zaradi te razlike pa lahko posledično izstopa žična vrv med odvijalnimi koluti ter vodilom žične vrvi. Ta problem je še posebno očiten v primeru, ko je vodilo žične vrvi pri odvijanju obrnjeno navzdol, na primer, ko je žična vrv napeljana skozi spodnji škripec. Celotno ohišje 141 vodilno-potisnih kolutov 142 je pritrjeno z dvema vijakoma 148 na ohišje vodila 12 vrvi. Na ohišje 141 sta montirani dve tlačni vzmeti 145, ki celotno ohišje 141 pritiskata proti gnani vrvenici. Zaradi prilagodljivega vpetja ter tlačnih vzmeti 145 se potisni koluti 142 lahko prilagajajo na gnano vrvenico oziroma na žično vrv. Posledično se vodilno potisni koluti gibljejo z ohišjem vodila vrvi hkrati pa zagotavlja tridimenzionalno prilagajanje gnane vrvenice in potisnih kolutov glede na položaj vrvi v utoru vrvenice in kolutov.The pressing mechanism 14, according to the embodiment shown in Figure 4, is designed as a housing or a support 141, which has two guide thrust pulleys 142 installed inside it. Due to the adjustable clamping and pressure springs 145, the push reels 142 can be adjusted to the driven rope or to the wire rope. As a result, the guide push sheaves move with the rope guide housing and at the same time provide three-dimensional adjustment of the driven sheave and push sheaves according to the position of the rope in the groove of the sheave and sheaves.
