Predmet izumaThe subject of the invention

The subject of the invention is a polishing agent in the form of a paste or in a solid form, which does not contain inorganic substances and provides adequate results in polishing the surfaces of materials such as steel, plastic, glass, stone and the like, to the highest levels.

Tehnični problem in stanje tehnikeTechnical problem and state of the art

Polishing of materials is known in the art. It is used for aesthetic reasons (product appearance), functional reasons, if the smoothness of the surface affects the performance of the product, such as a tool, and the like.

Polima paste is an abrasive mixture that includes micropowders and binders with a solid or lubricating consistency.

According to the state of the art, a paste containing synthetic diamonds is mainly used as a means for polishing the surfaces of products, such as tool steels, with which we achieve better results than with natural diamonds.

Po stanju tehnike so sredstva za poliranje površin do stopnje hrapavosti N6 (Ra = 0,8 pm) ali manj, paste, ki kot abrazivne delce vsebujejo diamantne delce in vezivo (diamantne paste).According to the state of the art, means for polishing surfaces up to a roughness level of N6 (Ra = 0.8 pm) or less are pastes that contain diamond particles and a binder as abrasive particles (diamond pastes).

Taka polima sredstva so, zaradi vsebnosti diamantov, draga in tudi ekološko problematična, saj ob spiranju poliranega izdelka, odpadna tekočina vsebuje tudi diamantnih delce.Due to the diamond content, such polishing agents are expensive and also ecologically problematic, since when the polished product is rinsed, the waste liquid also contains diamond particles.

Kratek opis izumaBrief description of the invention

In view of the above, there is a need for a polishing agent that will be cheaper and ecologically acceptable and with which we can achieve the same results when polishing the surfaces of materials.

Podroben opis izumaDetailed description of the invention

Predmetni izum opisani tehnični problem rešuje z uvedbo polimega sredstva, izdelanega v celoti iz organskih materialov.The subject invention solves the described technical problem by introducing a polymeric agent made entirely of organic materials.

The polishing agent according to the subject invention consists of micropowder, which represents abrasive particles and is made from horned parts of cattle. Horns of domestic and wild animals, as well as their hooves, horse hooves, etc., are most suitable.

Omenjeni roževinasti deli so zmleti v prah z velikostjo delcev od 4 do 40 pm, prednostno od 3 do 15 pm.Said corneous parts are ground into a powder with a particle size of 4 to 40 pm, preferably 3 to 15 pm.

Postopek priprave mikroprahu iz roževinastih delov, obsega naslednje korake:The process of preparing micropowder from antler parts includes the following steps:

a) čiščenje roževinastih delov, ki obsega ročno odstranjevanje vidnih nečistoč in po potrebi ročno ali strojno krtačenje;a) cleaning of corneal parts, which includes manual removal of visible impurities and, if necessary, manual or mechanical brushing;

b) žaganje roževinastih delov na manjše kose, z velikostjo delca med 1 in 4 cm, ki poteka primernem stroju za razrez, kot je na primer običajna tračnih žaga, ki se uporablja v mesnopredelovalni industriji; ali drobljenje roževinastih delov na manjše kose, z velikostjo delca med 1 in 4 cm, ki poteka na mlinu, kot je na primer kladivni mlin, Hammer mili Wigger Type 500/600, proizvajalca AMIS Maschinen-Vertriebs GmbH iz Nemčije;b) sawing the cartilaginous parts into smaller pieces, with a particle size between 1 and 4 cm, which passes through a suitable cutting machine, such as, for example, a conventional band saw used in the meat processing industry; or the crushing of hornblende parts into smaller pieces, with a particle size between 1 and 4 cm, which takes place on a mill, such as a hammer mill, Hammer mill Wigger Type 500/600, manufactured by AMIS Maschinen-Vertriebs GmbH from Germany;

c) odstranjevanje mehkega tkiva iz kosov roževinastih delov iz koraka b), da dobimo kose roževinastih delov brez mehkega tkiva;c) removing the soft tissue from the pieces of the corneal parts from step b) to obtain the pieces of the corneal parts without soft tissue;

d) mletje kosov roževinastih delov brez mehkega tkiva iz koraka c) v prah z velikostjo delcev od 4 do 40 pm, prednostno od 3 do 15 pm, ki poteka v primernem mlinu, kot je na primer mlin z diski, z oznako ZERMA 22 z močjo 90KW, proizvajalca ZERMA Machinery & Recycling Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. iz Kitajske.d) grinding the pieces of corneous parts without soft tissue from step c) into a powder with a particle size of 4 to 40 pm, preferably from 3 to 15 pm, which takes place in a suitable mill, such as a disc mill, marked ZERMA 22 with power 90KW, manufactured by ZERMA Machinery & Recycling Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from China.

e) sušenje prahu iz koraka d), do primerne vsebnosti vlage, ki poteka v sušilnem stroju, kot je na primer sušilnik Moretto Xdryer, proizvajalca Moretto SpA iz Italije.e) drying the powder from step d) to a suitable moisture content, which takes place in a drying machine, such as the Moretto Xdryer dryer, manufactured by Moretto SpA from Italy.

Tak prah je primeren za sintranje, s čemer dobimo polime ploščice, kot tudi za mešanje z oljem, da dobimo polirno pasto, torej postopek v nadaljevanju obsega še: sintranje posušenega prahu, da dobimo sintrane polime ploščice, aliSuch a powder is suitable for sintering, which gives polymer tiles, as well as for mixing with oil to get a polishing paste, so the process below also includes: sintering the dried powder to get sintered polymer tiles, or

- mešanje posušenega prahu z oljem, da dobimo polimo pasto.- mixing the dried powder with oil to obtain a smooth paste.

The sintering of the dried powder takes place on a sintering press, such as are known in the art, such as a press for sintering products made of metal powder, polymer materials and the like.

The mixing of dried powder with oil takes place on a mixing machine, such as the Plutone Sirman planetary mixer, manufactured by Saksida d.o.o. from Slovenia. Said oil can be any vegetable or mineral oil.

Pasta, kije zmes olja in prahu (zmleta roževina), vsebuje od 8 do 12 utežnih odstotkov olja, ostalo je prah.The paste, which is a mixture of oil and powder (ground hornbeam), contains from 8 to 12 weight percent of oil, the rest is powder.

Z njim dosežemo stopnjo hrapavosti materiala od N3 (Ra = 0,1 pm) do N6 (Ra = 0,8 pm).The described organic polishing agent, in the form of polishing tiles or in the form of polishing paste, is suitable for both manual and machine polishing of surfaces of materials such as steel, plastic, glass, stone and the like. With it, we achieve a level of material roughness from N3 (Ra = 0.1 pm) to N6 (Ra = 0.8 pm).

The described polishing agent is significantly cheaper than the above-mentioned diamond paste, since the raw material for it, which is essentially waste from the meat processing industry, is extremely cheap.

The described polishing agent is entirely organic, which is why it is also significantly more ecologically acceptable than polishing agents according to the state of the art.
