Abstract

FIELD: building pieces production. SUBSTANCE: method of foamconcrete building pieces production without usage of autoclave provides fro mixing of separately prepared mortar mixture and foam. During mortar preparation they use not subjected to preliminary milling and / or extinguishing ash from dust-type burning of Baltic oil shales. After foamconcrete mass is prepared it is poured in mould and subject to hydrothermal treatment. Method provides production of high quality foamconcrete building pieces and allows to use wastes of Baltic oil shales burning. EFFECT: increased quality of foamconcrete building pieces.

Claims (1)

Способ безавтоклавного изготовления пенобетонных строительных изделий включает смешивание отдельно приготовленной растворной смеси и пены. При приготовлении растворной смеси в качестве вяжущего используется не подвергавшаяся предварительному помолу и/или гашению зола-унос от пылевидного сжигания в шахтно-мельничных топках прибалтийских горючих сланцев. После приготовления пенобетонной массы ее заливают в форму и подвергают гидротермальной обработке. Способ обеспечивает изготовление высококачественных пенобетонных строительных изделий и позволяет использовать отходы от сжигания прибалтийских горючих сланцев.A method of autoclaveless manufacturing of foam concrete building products involves mixing a separately prepared mortar mixture and foam.
