Thus, the herbal extracts of this invention can be used for pharmaceutical composition and healthy functional food for the prevention or treatment of neurodegenerative disorders.

EP2685997 discloses a pharmaceutical composition and healthy functional food for the prevention and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy containing a herbal extract of a 3.5:1 mixture of Dioscorea Rhizoma: Dioscorea nipponica (m/m). The mixed herbal extract is able to synergistically increase the in vivo level of nerve growth factor compared to extracts from only herbs or herbal mixtures of other mass ratios, and is therefore effective in preventing nerve cell apoptosis and promoting nerve regeneration. Thus, it can be used for pharmaceutical compositions and healthy functional foods that prevent and treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

Description of the new solution

There is no known natural dermal application on the market whose effectiveness on the regeneration of muscle and connective tissues is as intense as that of the presented invention, whose only natural active ingredient/ingredient is Dioscorea Batatas, the other ingredients in the invention are auxiliary substances for better functioning and accelerated absorption of Dioscorea Batatas.

The analysis of the studies and research carried out as a starting point for the active ingredient presented in this specification shows that there are no such known pharmaceutical solutions on the market in which Dioscorea Batatas in combination with CBD 99% (wt. .) purity and carriers and/or addition of DMSO2 and vitamin C and magnesium and Acacia Senegal Gum. The subject invention relates to the field of pharmacy and pharmaceutical products. In the case of atopic products, the invention also includes CBD of 99% (wt.) purity, preferably in the form of crystals, for use in dermatitis and various skin inflammatory processes. Numerous studies have shown that diosgenin is also useful in the prevention and treatment of neurological diseases and various problems with the central nervous system, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, brain damage, neuroinflammation and ischemia.

In the form of a body emulsion intended for damaged, irritated and diseased skin, the basis for the preparation of ointments, creams and/or emulsions, especially pharmaceutical ones, preferably white base and/or gel, is used. In the form of capsules, a collagen complex is added to the invention, the ingredient of which is also hyaluronic acid, so the invention is intended to increase resistance and, in combination with dermal application, it affects the more effective regeneration of muscle and connective fibers, and due to its strong anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect, it significantly improves the state of inflammatory processes in the body and affects less joint wear.

1. Dioscorea Batatas (Light Root)

In the study of the use of milk for the body and its effects, 45 people were included, who applied milk to the body once a day. The effectiveness test was carried out with 15 active athletes. Milk for extreme sports is applied to the body immediately before sports activity. In this way, we achieve rapid warming of the muscles and connective tissues and reduce the possibility of injuries. Before starting the use of milk and after one month of regular application, it was found that athletes gained (depending on age) between 2 and 6 cm of muscle mass at the site of application. At the end of the testing (after one month), the athletes were found to have increased endurance, muscle strength, explosiveness and elasticity by up to 30% (mass).

The test of the use of milk for extreme sports was also carried out on five patients with Parkinson's disease, whose muscle tone had greatly decreased, and their ability to move was limited and unstable. After five days of applying it to the body, the muscle tone has increased significantly, and so has the stability. A reduction in morbid tremors and significantly better psychological well-being were detected.

The application was also used in cases of rehabilitation after hip, knee surgery and joint injuries or degenerative changes as a result of joint wear. The effectiveness of Atopic body milk was checked on 21 people of different ages and both genders with diagnosed dermatitis, dry and reddened or irritated skin. Atopic body milk is used for the same purposes as Atopic face cream, but due to its viscosity, it is more suitable for application on the body.

The study of the use and findings of the effectiveness of the gel for strengthening the pelvic muscles was carried out on 13 female subjects, who applied 2.5 gc of the gel once a day into the vagina. A more correct posture is observed as a result of stronger pelvic floor muscles. A decrease in urinary incontinence is noted.

Due to the stronger muscles of the pelvic floor, it is more effective to perform Kegel exercises otherwise. All subjects reported a feeling of a narrower vagina and increased libido. Safety and precautionary measures

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: due to insufficient data on the effect on pregnant women and nursing mothers, it is necessary to consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
