Claims (19)

  1. Sistem in postopek znotrajpasovnega modema za podatkovno komunikacijo preko digitalnih brezžičnih komunikacijskih omrežij Patentni zahtevki
    1. Postopek za sinhronizacijo množice negovomih okvirov z govornim kodekom, pri čemer postopek obsega: generiranje vnaprej določene sekvence z uporabo množice psevdonaključnih šumnih sekvenc, pri čemer ima vnaprej določena sekvenca šumu podobne značilnosti in pri čemer vnaprej določena sekvenca obsega bitne vzorce za uporabo pri generiranju korelacijskih vrhov, ki dajo vnaprej določeni sekvenci robustnost glede na napake govornega okvira; in pošiljanje vnaprej določene sekvence preko govornega kodeka, pri čemer se vnaprej določena sekvenca uporabi kot sinhronizacija okvira za negovome okvire, pri čemer je začetek meja negovomega okvira negovomih okvirov odvisen vsaj od oddaljenosti časovnega zamika znotraj vnaprej določene sekvence od referenčnega trenutka.
  2. 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, pri čemer se vnaprej določena sekvenca generira s spajanjem množice psevdonaključnih šumnih sekvenc.
  3. 3. Postopek po zahtevku 2, pri čemer se vnaprej določena sekvenca generira s spajanjem množice psevdonaključnih šumnih sekvenc z množico prekrivajočih se in dodanih psevdonaključnih šumnih sekvenc.
  4. 4. Postopek po zahtevku 1, pri čemer vnaprej določena sekvenca obsega vzorce in vsak vzorec je ločen z vsaj enim vzorcem binarne vrednosti 0.
  5. 5. Postopek po zahtevku 2, pri čemer je vsaj ena od psevdonaključnih šumnih sekvenc invertirana.
  6. 6. Postopek po zahtevku 1, ki dalje obsega generiranje opozorilnega signala pred vnaprej določeno sekvenco, da se prepreči prehod kodirnega elementa vokoderja v neaktivno stanje.

  12. 12. Naprava po zahtevku 11, pri čemer se vnaprej določena sekvenca generira s spajanjem množice psevdonaključnih šumnih sekvenc.
  13. 13. Naprava po zahtevku 11, pri čemer se vnaprej določena sekvenca generira s spajanjem množice psevdonaključnih šumnih sekvenc z množico prekrivajočih se in dodanih psevdonaključnih šumnih sekvenc.
  14. 14. Naprava po zahtevku 11, pri čemer je vsak vzorec vnaprej določene sekvence ločen z vsaj enim vzorcem binarne vrednosti 0.
  15. 15. Naprava po zahtevku 14, pri čemer je vsaj ena od psevdonaključnih šumnih sekvenc invertirana.
  16. 16. Naprava po zahtevku 11, pri čemer je sredstvo za generiranje dalje zasnovano, da generira opozorilni signal pred vnaprej določeno sekvenco, da prepreči prehod kodirnega elementa vokoderja v neaktivno stanje.
  17. 17. Naprava po zahtevku 16, pri čemer je opozorilni signal sinusni signal.
  18. 18. Naprava po zahtevku 16, pri čemer je neaktivno stanje stanje prekinjenega prenosa.
