Abstract
Z namenom, da bi zasnovali ureditev regulacijskih elementov v izolaciji armaturnih sklopov za ogrevalne, solarne in hladilne naprave v enem ali več toplotnoizolacijskih sklopih armature ali armaturnega sklopa, vgrajene(ga) v vsaj eno cevno napeljavo, pri čemer toplotna izolacija deloma ali povsem obdaja enega ali več cevnih odsekov taiste armature ali taistega armaturnega sklopa, in kjer ohišje iz toplotnoizolacijskega materiala lahko brez vgradnje dodatnih držal regulatorja ali njegovih delov prejme regulator ali njegove dele in pri tem ščiti regulator proti toplotnim vplivom zaradi cevnih napeljav in armatur ali armaturnih sklopov, je predlagano, da eno ali večdelno ohišje (1, 2, 3) iz toplotnoizolacijskega materiala obsega vsaj eno gnezdo (4) ali prehod za prejem regulatorja (5) ali njegovih delov, kamor je/so vstavljiv(i) ali vstavljen(i) regulator (5) ali njegovi deli
Claims (9)
- Ureditev regulacijskih elementov v izolaciji armaturnih sklopov SPREMENJENI PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Ureditev regulatorjev ali (5) regulacijskih elementov za ogrevalne, solarne in hladilne naprave v eno- ali večdelni toplotni izolaciji armature ali armaturnega sklopa, vgrajene(ga) v cevovodno napeljavo, pri čemer toplotnoizolacijski sklop deloma ali povsem obdaja enega ali več cevnih odsekov (8, 9) taiste armature ali taistega armaturnega sklopa, pri čemer toplotna izolacija predstavlja eno-ali večdelno ohišje (1, 2, 3) iz toplotnoizolacijskega materiala in obsega vsaj eno gnezdo (4) ali prehod za prejem regulatorja (5) ali njegovih delov, kamor je/so vstavljiv(i) ali vstavljen(i) regulator (5) ali njegovi deli, in pri čemer del (2) ohišja za prejem regulatorja (5) ali njegovih delov obsega izolacijsko območje (12), ki regulator (5) ali njegove dele ščiti pred prehodom toplote z odsekov (8, 9) cevne napeljave ali armatur.
- 2. Ureditev po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da vsaj en del (2) ohišja večdelnega toplotnoizolacijskega sklopa, ki je predviden za prejem regulatorja ali njegovih delov, obsega vodilne in vpenjalne elemente (6, 7), ki omogočajo natančno pozicioniranje dela (2) ohišja na ali v preostale dele (3) ohišja toplotnoizolacijskega sklopa z vpenjalnim in vodilnim elementom (6, 7) ustreznimi nasprotnimi elementi (13, 14), pri čemer je zahvaljujoč delu (1) ohišja formiran zgornji okrov toplotnoizolacijskega sklopa, ki popolnoma ali v potrebni meri obdaja odseke (8, 9) cevne napeljave z integriranimi armaturami ali armaturnimi sklopi. 2
- 3. Ureditev po zahtevku 2, označena s tem, da je del (2) ohišja, ki je predviden za prejem regulatorja (5) ali njegovih delov, prirejen vnaprej določenim konturam regulatorja (15), pri čemer vodilni in vpenjalni elementi (6, 7) oziroma (13, 14) za natančno vstavljanje in pozicioniranje dela (2) ohišja v preostale dele (1,3) toplotnoizolacijskega sklopa ostajajo nespremenjeni.
- 4. Ureditev po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 3, označena s tem, da so v robnem območju za tvorbo gnezda (4) predvidenega vgradnega prostora (24) za prejem regulatorja (5) predvidenega dela (2) ohišja nameščeni zaskočni in(ali vpenjalni elementi (16), ki regulator (5) ali njegove dele držijo in/ali pozicionirajo v vgradnem prostoru (24).
- 5. Ureditev po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 4, označena s tem, da je na vidni strani (17) delov (1, 2) ohišja in regulatorja (5) ali njegovih delov formirana skupno potekajoča površinska kontura, še zlasti na pročelni strani armature.
- 6. Ureditev po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 5, označena s tem, daje držanje in/ali pozicioniranje regulatorja (5) ali njegovih delov v vgradnem prostoru izvedljivo s pomočjo prižemalnih in/ali adhezivnih elementov.
- 7. Ureditev po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 6, označena s tem, da je pri toplotnoizolacijskem sklopu z med odseki (8, 9) cevnih napeljav in montažno steno razporejenim dvodelnim spodnjim okrovom (19, 20), del (2) ohišja, na katerem so razporejeni nadaljnji vodilni in prilagoditveni elementi (21, 22), oblikosklepno povezljiv z dvodelnim spodnjim okrovom (19, 20), pri čemer zgornji okrov (1) kot nadaljnji del ohišja toplotnoizolacijskega sklopa oblikosklepno obdaja in povezuje preostale dele (2, 8, 9) ohišja. 3

Ureditev po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 7, označena s tem, da dodatni vodilni in prilagoditveni elementi (21, 22) sestoje iz enega samega ali več posameznih delov (23) iz toplotnoizolacijskega materiala, ki ga/jih je možno integrirati v preostale dele (2, 19, 20) toplotnoizolacijskega sklopa, s čimer je del (2) ohišja za prejem regulatorja (5) ali njegovih delov uporabljiv tako pri enodelnem spodnjem okrovu (3) kot tudi pri večdelnem spodnjem okrovu (19, 20).
- 9. Ureditev po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 8, označena s tem, da je/so regulator (5) ali njegovi deli vpeto ali prižeto držani v vdolbini (4).
