Zračno hlajeni dieselski izvenkrmni motor je izvenkrmni ladijski motor, ki za pogonski agregat namesto obstoječih rešitev uporablja zračno hlajen dieselski agregat z vertikalno glavno gredjo.ŕ
Description
ZRAČNO HLAJENI DIESELSKIIZVENKRMNI MOTOR
Predmet izuma je zračno hlajeni izvenkrmni ladijski motor z dieselskim agregatom z vertikalno glavno gredjo.
Tehnični problem, ki ga izum uspešno rešuje, je v potrebi po bistveno manjšem obremenjevanju okolja, nizki porabi goriva in v možnosti za uporabo v tekočih vodah, ki za radi visoke vsebnosti peska ipd. niso primerne za uporabo izvenkrmnih motorjev z vodnim hlajenjem.
Poznana rešitev zračno hlajenega izvenkrmnega motorja je dvotaktni bencinski izvenkrmni motor, ki pa v mnogih državah zaradi okoljskih predpisov predvsem za uporabo v notranjih vodah ni primeren.
-2Poznana rešitev dieselskega izvenkrmnega motorja je izvenkrmni dieselski motor, ki pa je vodno hlajen in ima vsled tega veliko težo (cca 100 kg), zaradi česar ni uporaben za manjše čolne in ni primeren za uporabo na vodah z veliko vsebnostjo peska (n.pr. reka Pad v severni Italiji, kjer zaradi peska v vodi vodne črpalke zelo hitro odpovedo).
Po izumu je problem rešen z zračno hlajenim dieselskim izvenkrmnim motorjem, katerega teža je primerljiva z bencinskimi izvenkrmnimi motorji in je sestavljen iz zračno hlajenega dieselskega agregata z vertikalno glavno gredjo in kompletne tipske noge za izvenkrmne motorje z menjalnikom in vodno črpalko v peti, vodno hlajenim izpušnim kanalom in pritrdilnim mehanizmom za plovilo vred. Industrijsko izdelan zračno hlajeni dieselski motor z vertikalno glavno gredjo se privijači na nogo izvenkrmnega motoija, katere pritrdilno ploščo je potrebno prilagoditi pritrdilni plošči motorja. Vertikalna motorna gred se s sklopko poveže z osjo v nogi. Za doseganje optimalne potisne moči propelerja je potrebno ustrezno uskladiti menjalno razmerje v menjalniku z velikostjo oziroma vzponom propelerja. Izpušni kanal se iz pogonskega agregata na znan način, z vodno hlajeno cevjo, v katero teče hladilna voda, poveže z izpušnim kanalom v nogi. Pretok hladilne vode je ustvarjen praviloma s priključkom na vodno črpalko v peti noge, opcijsko pa lahko tudi brez vgrajene vodne črpalke le s propelerskim potiskom vode v kanal, nameščen tik za propelerjem na spodnjem delu antikavitacijske plošče.

- PATENTNI ZAHTEVEKZračno hlajeni dieselski izvenkrmni motor je značilen po tem, da je zračno hlajen dieselski agregat z vertikalno glavno gredjo z vijačenjem pritrjen na le-temu prilagojeno pritrdilno ploščo modificirane obstoječe izvedbe kompletne noge izvenkrmnega motorja z vzponu propelerja prilagojenim menjalnim razmerjem v menjalniku, pri čemer s sklopko na znan način spaja vertikalno gred agregata s pogonsko osjo v nogi in preko vodno hlajenega elementa na znan način odvaja izpuh iz motorja v nogo.
