Abstract
The invention relates to a gripper in which three fingers can be centrally adjusted with regard to a gripping centre and one of the fingers can be disengaged for switching over from a three-finger operation to a two-finger operation. According to the invention, provision is made for the fingers 15, 16, 17 to be mounted on a gripper which essentially has a Y-shape, for one of the three fingers 15, 16, 17 to be mounted so as to be movable on each of the legs 8, 9, 10, for it to be possible for the centre finger 17 situated between the outer fingers 15, 16 to be stopped independently of the outer fingers 15, 16, and for each outer finger 15, 16, in addition to a gripping surface 26 inclined at an angle with respect to the gripping surface 26 of the other respective outer finger and intended for central gripping, to have a further gripping surface 25, these further gripping surfaces 25 on the two outer fingers 15, 16 running parallel to one another. <IMAGE>
