Abstract

The lifting arm (1,2) is attached to the frame beam on the chassis (12) by means of a link (4) which itself is articulated around a shaft (16). The distance (18) between the rear end of the vehicle and the link articulated location point on the chassis is between one third and one quarter of that (19) between the vehicle rear end and the piston unit location point.
