Abstract

The drinks contain quail's egg-juice, alcohol, sweetening and flavouring agents as well as optionally trace elements and other proteins of animal or plant origin. The drinks are prepared by adding the other components at most at 50 DEG C to the whole quail's egg-juice homogenized in the presence of an emulsifying agent.
