Abstract

Crude gasification gases produced from bituminous fuels in fixed bed generators are conveyed in heat-insulated hot gas pipe systems under pressures of 0.1-3.0 MPa, by superheating the gasification gases, before entry into the hot gas pipe system, to 250-500 deg.C. by admixture with hot combustion gases, regulating the heat insulation of the hot gas pipe system in such a way that the temp. of the crude gas at the burner is not less than 250 deg. C., and controlling local and temporary temp. levels in the hot gas pipe system by feeding steam.
